The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. We spent one week in Athens at this apartment. The area is lively and very close to the subway, restaurants, bars and there is a park on the hill, which only takes around 20 minutes by foot. From there, you have a marvelous view to the sea on one side and the acropolis on the other. Athens is a great city anyways and spending some time in this area was perfect for our visit. The communication was very friendly and super easy going, helpful and flexible.

Vasilis’s place was absolutely beautiful, it had everything we needed and was a lovely space to stay in. The centre was walkable (20-30 mins) but the metro station was very close by and very cheap. Vasilis was an outstanding host- he replied very quickly and was extremely helpful with questions about the accommodation as well as local recommendations. Would definitely book again!!

Roi ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation mit ihm war schnell und super freundlich.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und wohnlich. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Die Lage war toll, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und nicht sehr touristisch.Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Laufdistanz gut erreichbar. Die Anbindung an den Flughafen ist auch gut. Besonders gut haben uns der lokale Markt gefallen, den Roi uns empfohlen hat. Die Tipps von Roi waren sehr hilfreich. Danke Roi für den tollen Aufenthalt- super dass du jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar warst. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Theodore was a very accommodating host, leaving us a booklet with lots of useful information, including personal recommendations, must sees in Athens, and best ways for travel in the city. He also provided us with some phrases to learn in greek which was amazing! The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean and had a beautiful balcony from which we could see the acropolis and the surrounding city. I have nothing but good things to say and would love to come back in the near future! I would highly recommend booking this airbnb if you are looking for a comfortable stay and a great/helpful host in Athens 😊

Wonderful apartment! Alex was a great host, his apartment was in a wonderful location! We were able to use the Metro from the airport about a 55 minute trip and a 10 minute walk to the apartment. We visited Piraeus while there and were able to access via the Metro. The Acropolis and wonderful restaurants were all within a 20-25 minute walk. The space itself was well laid out with plenty of room! Don's miss the opportunity to stay here!

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Bill and John’s flat worked out perfectly for us. Nicely appointed and tidy. Alex greeted us and checked us in a bit early. He is incredibly friendly and helpful — one of those people who is instantly likable. The location of the flat cannot be beat. Walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. I have never experienced water pressure as fabulous as the shower at this flat. Be careful when turning on the hot water because it gets unbelievably hot. Everything was perfect. The washing machine is very handy. There is not a dryer, but we were able to hang our clothes and they were dry the next morning. The kitchen is well appointed but you will probably go out to eat since there are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The bedroom is on the backside of the flat and faces the incredibly quiet courtyard. The bed is very comfy. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. There is a place on the next corner that sells the best baklava!
