Our free range hens roam but so long as you keep your gate closed they won't disturb you. We have koi & goldfish in a pond just outside your area, feel free to venture out there. We live upstairs but you have your own entrance. The unit is warm in winter & cool in summer. Waterfalls 5 mins away, sights/attractions 15 min drive.

Our renovated 1920s cottage is only 15 minutes walk to Katoomba town centre and has all the luxuries of an upscale hotel: free mini bar, deep slipper bathtub, fancy robes, air-con, fast wifi, smart 4K TV, and huge king-size bed with luxurious flax linen sheets. As does the king beds, a big bath, underfloor heating & our 'secret' spa pool, which is exposed at the touch of a button.

1830's converted barn with sauna

This barn dates back to 1830's but it has been fully renovated to a studio apartment with all modern comforts. It is one open space with living area and two sleeping lofts, one with queen bed, the other with 2 single beds. A bit like a giant cubby house! The shops are just 5 minute stroll away, and so is the river and train station. You share a garden with a spa and BBQ with the main house where we live.
