Hans and I rent out our lovely renovated cottage on the Wadden Sea. The house is big, spacious and cozy. There is a spa, activity room with table tennis, and large outdoor area. Distance to the Wadden Sea is 1.5 km and about 20 km to Rømø with wide white beaches. There are shopping opportunities in Skærbæk and Højer. There's peace and quiet, but with plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. The area is part of the Wadden Sea National Park. In the fall you can experience "Black Sun". Possibility of two beds for children.

Welcome to this beautiful and peaceful summerhouse, located on a 2600 sqm nature plot, 1.4 km from the wide sandy beaches of the North Sea, 2 km from the nearest town and 500 meters from the dog forest. The large, cozy terrace environments invite you to relax in the sun, barbecue dinners with family and friends, or quiet moments with a good book and birdsong.

The "Haus Mellhörn" is located in an elevated position with high-quality equipment and with beautiful views of the large hiking dune with the unique Lister dune and heathland. In about 250 meters distance you will find the beautiful Lister Oststrand. Gastronomy, bike rental and supermarket in about 2 km.

Our cozy, very bright approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office room, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with sauna & whirlpool & an overgrown garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in about 10-15 minutes, the nearest supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!

The house is 102 m2 and is located on a 2500m2 with heather and pine covered property in an absolutely quiet area. Landsitz Risum-Lindholm

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.

80 m² apartment with outdoor pool and infrared cabin

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 in the basement and in the spring of 2024 on the first floor. Therefore, some of the interior does not yet have pictures. The apartment is at one of the narrowest points of the island in Rantum. In about 5 minutes' walk you are on the sea side or on the mudflat side. The unit has its own garden area with beach chair. Pool is available from May to approx. mid-September.
