Our fine little apartment in Stein is looking forward to nice vacationers. The apartment welcomes you with direct views of the Baltic Sea and a cozy private ambiance. Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

I offer you a small self-contained apartment on the 3rd floor of my house. On 56 m² there is 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room with dining area, a small bathroom and a sunny loggia. You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. Zum Ostseestrand sind es nur 150m das leckerste Fischbrötchen der Stadt gibt es im Nachbarhaus und der Bahnhof ist auch nur 100m entfernt. Die 75qm große Dach-Terrasse kann mitbenutzt werden und läd zum relaxen im Strandkorb und zum Essen unter freiem Himmel ein. Der Garten, mit Sandkasten für Kinder, kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden.

Freshly renovated designer apartment just 350 meters from the beach. The apartment is fully furnished for a relaxing stay. Towels, bed sheets, fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi included. Delicious rolls are available nearby at REWE. REWE is within walking distance. The bus stop is also right by the house. And the best part... the beach and Olympia harbor are close by. ...just move in and feel at ease right away.
