In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Construction trailer on Schafswiese, directly on the Elbe dike

My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

Away from busy streets, but directly on the Elbe bike path, a nice, fully equipped apartment awaits you in a former half-timbered house directly on the dike!

Wendland with dog up to 8 people, winter sauna!

Dannenberg in the magnificent Wendland with beautiful cycling trails, forests and the nearby Elbe. Great outdoor swimming pool nearby, good close shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (10€ hour) On weekends only both nights, no one night booking. It is an apartment, Airbnb represents it as a treehouse! Large staircase up, large apartment, large balcony- no shared use. For check-in, the door will be open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

Small cozy place with separate entrance

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

Located in an historic farmhouse of 1847, the apartment has been fundamentally renovated in 2022 and meets the highest standards. At ground level, on 111 square meters, this apartment is perfect for families or couples who want to explore the Wendland and its special features. The farmhouse stands in a round about surrounded by listed buildings and a lot of nature.

Vacation time! In our orchard there is a construction trailer... All around space and greenery. Here you can relax and feel at ease. You are very welcome! Our municipality of Gorlosen is a “quiet area” according to § 47d of the Federal Immission Control Act, which means there is no traffic, industrial, commercial and recreational noise. It's really quiet here!

My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Seedorf is a small idyllic village with 10 houses. The apartment is located on a farm - a paradise for children. The lake is within walking distance in 2 minutes. Linens and towels are included in the price.
