Pat’s place was perfect for the last leg of our London trip. Spacious and clean 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with elevator access. Being in Notting Hill you’d naturally want to go out and explore but Pat’s place was so nice that we were also tempted to hang out longer in the living room with the balcony. I would 100% stay here again and honestly wish we could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous apartment in great location! We were attending an event at Wembley and this was just perfect. So nice to be able to have your own space compared to a room in a house! The apartment was stunning; decor, use of space and comfort, this was exactly what we wanted. Large TVs, great WiFi connection, washing machine and with a balcony as well, we couldn’t have asked for more?! Tyrone was great with communication and was also friendly so I felt very comfortable asking questions or for suggestions. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

"Absolutely fantastic experience at Ani's lovely flat! The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to Wembley Stadium and only 30 minutes to King's Cross and St Pancras. The accommodation itself is beautiful, clean, and classy. We didn't need the parking, but it's great to know it's available on the drive if required. Ani went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack, complete with prosecco, tea, coffee, and delicious biscuits that my kids thoroughly enjoyed. The flat is ideal for families, with a single bed in its own room, a double bed with a single bed in another room, and a comfy double settee bed in the lounge. We'd highly recommend this lovely flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Thanks, Ani, for making our visit so special! Steve xxx"

An amazing flat to be in! I stayed here for little over a month, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook a meal, washer drier was in great condition, and the shower pressure and water temperature was perfect in the bathroom. Amenities such as the projector, and desk + chair made for a comfortable stay for both work and relaxing. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Overall would recommend staying here, and would definitely book this flat again.

Tout était super propre, la rue dans lequel il se trouve est très calme ce qui permet une intimité vraiment remarquable! Staying besides Wembley Stadium could be challenging when there is a match, otherwise perfect location and great ambience, price is a little on the higher side

Bon logement qui est hyper chaleureux. Un petit espace mais très bien aménagé qui permet d'avoir tout ce dont on a besoin. Un petit soucis avec la place de parking mais l'hôte était très réactif. Je recommande.

Excellent logement et très spacieux ! L’emplacement est idéale pour se déplacer dans le centre-ville , surtout avec 2 stations de métro à 5 minutes à pieds ! Je recommande et n’hésiterai pas à réserver à nouveau ce logement si possible, dès que je retournerai à Londres 👌🏾 !

We loved Derek’s space. It was perfect to have our own space when visiting family nearby in Crouch End, at a reasonable price. Ample space for two with a very large bathroom! We would stay again :)

Beautiful flat, exactly as described. MT was very responsive. I arrived fairly late and was greeted and welcomed without issue. The flat was spotless and well equipped. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area and convenient to get into central London.

We had a fantastic time at Sarah's place. We were visiting London to visit the theatres. Sarah's place was ideal for this. The Elizabeth Line train station was very conveniently situated a few minutes walk away and gave easy access to central London. The coach house was beautiful and it was private and peaceful and it a lovely leafy green area. We were impressed with the comfort and tasteful decoration. The accommodation was very well equipped and furnished with everything we needed. We would stay at the coachouse again when we visit London.

Adam is wonderful. We arrived after a long haul flight and were not ourselves. I missed one character of the password for the WIFI and could not get through. Adam came over in a minute to help out. He also sent us bottled water, mini sandwiches and snacks. The place was clean and spotless. We got everything we needed. The location is unbeatable. It is 2 minutes walk from Hendon Central underground station. We are so glad to have chosen Adam’s place! Highly recommended for a stay in London!

Joo is a wonderful host and her home is wonderful. Right off the West Hampstead tube station, it was easy to get across city. In evening it was a great place to get to diverse and delicious restaurants and bars! Loved our stay!

We were staying here for a family funeral, and Jean Pierre could not have been more accommodating. He organised a late check out for us so we didn't have to rush, and checked in on us via messages throughout the stay. He made a difficult day a little easier, and that kind of hosting is priceless. Thank you.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa y tenía todo lo necesario y las comodidades para pasar una estancia increíble. No nos ha faltado de nada y siempre que hemos tenido alguna consulta, nos han respondido al momento dando facilidades y han sido muy amables. Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Carol Anne and Kelly were great hosts, kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice, equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and buses, the neighborhood is great. We had a great time, thaks a lot.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!
