It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. Our kitchen is your kitchen. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances as needed. Our Condo is a 2 Bedroom 1- 1/2 bath we have tried to make it allergy free as possible there is no carpet, the living room has leather furniture, and each bed has fully incased dust protectors. There is, tile and Luxury Plank throughout. We thoroughly clean and disinfect this home above and beyond normal.

Located in the heart of Blount County. The Austin House-Glen Arbor is convenient to Birmingham, Huntsville, and surrounding areas-close to interstates- walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. As of 11-9-23 we are no longer a pet friendly rental. *complete bathroom model- Feb 2022**. Please note- we love guests. But, our home is not a party house- even for bridal and groomsmen.
