Joyful Yurt with View of South Santiam River

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Small, quiet area. 6 miles from town. Hiking and biking trails nearby. Fenced yard off of patio for pets (entire property is fenced as well). Private entrance, comfy bed, patio with fire pit and Webber B-B-Q. Forested area along back yard, for peaceful patio time. A block from the Santiam River and Waterloo County Park with trails, playground, disc golf and a great fishing spot at the falls. 11 miles to Foster Lake. 1 mile to Pineway or Mallard Creek golf courses. Not far from larger towns.

The Cottage is located on our 5 acre farm, Rising Star farm. We have dairy goats, chickens and cats. Our house is on the property. Up to 4 guests allowed but best suited for 2 adults and 2 children. Extra $10 per child per night. The Cottage has plenty of parking, a covered patio and a fenced yard with banty chickens. We take great care with our cleaning regimen.

Our family really enjoys this location. Alyssa’s house is perfect for our boys to spread out and be kids. The kitchen is great, we had everything we needed to make meals for family. The fridge is so clean! Everything is clean :) oh and the hot water is HOT. Mattresses are comfy. Our sons love the selection of toys in the kids room and love the bunk beds!

We stayed there for one night and had to leave pretty early on the Saturday. Liz's place was amazing. It was very warm outside but the AC was blasting and we enjoyed it! There were a little bit of cooking equipment missing but we communicated with Liz and she brought them up right away. She was really sweet. I highly recommend her place to anyone going this way! :)

3 Bedroom Ranch Style Home in the Quiet Country

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. Hailey is a caring and hospitable host. The home was very spacious! The bedrooms were larger than expected from the photos. We had a multigenerational group of 9 (ages 1 to 66) and we were very comfortable in the space. Room to spread out and did not feel cramped at all. We loved the kitties and seeing cows. The sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit. Hope we have a reason to stay again soon!
