"Calico's Chicken House" on Historic Farm

Welcome to "Calico's Chicken House!" We are so happy you found our historic farm which my parents purchased in 1947. Located just down the road from where my great grandparents purchased the original farm which is still in the family today. We named the former chicken house after our favorite farm cat, Calico. She resided there for 17 years and found great comfort. We know you will too. Recently remodeled to accommodate your every creature comfort need. Our house is family and pet friendly.

Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The RV is located next to the main house on an acre. 3 beds w/ private master bedroom. Through the gate, you will find a shared hot-tub, gazebo, bbq, firepit, kids playground , and plenty of room to relax under full grown trees. You also have your own dedicated parking spot. All of the essentials you need for your stay are provided. It is equipped with A/C that keeps up with the heat, as well as Gas and Power to run everything inside.

CLEANLINESS IS PARAMOUNT. We invite all of those who wish to be in the area for business, family or just to be close to wine country. This spacious place has all the home comfort and amenities for staying short or a long duration. Just off 395 Freeway, close to Wineries and The Premier Canyon Lake Golf Course. The Loft has wood floors, carpeted bedroom, full kitchen, with new appliances and a full-size washer/dryer. Plenty of parking available. We have a Play n' Pack for the little ones.

It is in a quiet neighborhood with dedicated parking near the entrance. Self-check-in with code sent to you on the day of arrival. Private patio area with table and chairs. The two-person spa is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Small well-behaved dogs welcome. No cats, please.

Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
