Großzügige Ferienwohnung, in traumhafter Lage in Simmerath- Dedenborn, direkt an der Rur gelegen. Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Pays de Mamdî

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Charmante maison située dans le très typique village de Ocquier à 8 kms de Durbuy. Région idéale pour les amateurs de balades, de nature et d'activités extérieures diverses. Cette ancienne étable entièrement rénovée vous enchantera par ses finitions, ses équipements, sa chaleur et son caractère. L'extérieur comprend un coin repas ainsi qu'un espace de relaxation au bord de la piscine et deux places de parking privatives. En couple, en famille ou entre amis l'endroit vous séduira.

Holiday home, 10 pers, 5 rooms each with private bathroom, toilet and TV. Very nice valley view. Heated outdoor swimming pool from 15 May to 15 September. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with wood stove. Covered terrace, BBQ, garden furniture. Free Wifi access. Arrival possible from 4pm, departure possible until late afternoon. Parties and drink parties are not allowed. We prefer to avoid youth groups. We ask our guests to respect our house, nature and tranquillity.

B&B "in the Land of Kalk". Feeling the outdoors

Renovated farmhouse with barn anno 1901, used to be known as the "Little Pastory". The name of the B&B “in the Land of Kalk” refers to the various lime ovens nearby. An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200m from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gate of the Limburg hills. The walks are magnificent. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are one of the most well-known cycling rounds that come past our backyard.

Apartment "Hekla" in the Eifel

Our former farm with fantastic views lies on the edge of an idyllic Eifel village. The two detached wooden holiday homes can accommodate a total of 18 people. Our renovated apartment "Hekla" can accommodate 2-3 people. Apartment Hekla is part of the farmhouse main house. The Heidberghof is located directly on the edge of the forest. There's no transit traffic. In addition to us, a Dutch family, Icelandic horses, dogs, cats and chickens live on the farm.

La Bicoque (cozy accommodation with pool/jacuzzi)

ADULT ONLY accommodation, freshly renovated with a balneo bathtub overlooking the bedroom, air conditioning, large walk-in shower, pellet stove, smart tv, reading nook, games area... For an additional fee, you will have access to the garden as well as the outdoor heated pool (in summer) and outdoor hot tub (in winter). Craft breakfast (by DamTam) with local / organic products is extra too. ACCOMMODATION FOR 2 ADULTS (not children)

Studio Albizia

Studio located on the 2nd floor in a charming bourgeois house built in the early 20th century. We have preserved the authentic spirit of the house and have carefully furnished it to offer you maximum comfort. A garden surrounds the house, a heated swimming pool with a retractable roof including sauna and jacuzzi complete the offer. Note that the pool is available to residents of the entire house as well as the sauna and Jacuzzi.

Sonnehuisje

Een moment van rust en ontspanning. Aan de rand van Nationaal Park de Hoge Kempen en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van centrum Maastricht. Dat is wat het Sonnehuisje biedt. Deze bungalow op vakantiepark de Sonnevijver biedt jong en oud een mooie kans om van de natuur in het bourgondische Limburg te genieten. De knusse bungalow ligt mooi gelegen met een beekje aan de voorzijde, wat is afgezet met een houten hekje.
