Stay was very comfortable and it was a seamless experience checking-in , staying abd checkout. Host was very responsive and understanding, the caretaker of the property was also very good.We felt like staying at our home only. We even got couple of hours of extension in checkout at no extra cost. Just that couple of things ( which is not in control of the owner at all) is that the society is still very new and is looks like being occupied gradually so there was lot of drilling work going on throughout the day which was bit noisy and inconvenient and secondly since its too close to airport ( hardly 400-500m) , during night constant flight landing and takeoff can create bit of disturbance, especially to elderly folks. Rest was all awesome, we are super happy with the stay !!!!

This is the second time we've stayed at this lovely little flat, and we always appreciate how centrally located it is, and how will stocked. And Esha is always friendly and responsive. A nice find for Pune.

It was a wonderful stay at Santosh Property, the flat was vert neat and clean, a perfect hygiene maintained inside the flat, Flat is having all the amenities which are required for a comfortable stay, Very Safe & secure placed with 24×7 security & cctv surveillance, Santosh is a great host & a very genuine & downtoearth host, checkin & checkout process was seamless, swiggy, zomato & ola, uber services were very fast, grocery, medical shops & Atms are just outside the society gate, Balewadi highstreet is very closeby, i highly recommend this property to all who wants clean, hygienic, comfortable & peaceful stay in Pune, i will visit again very soon !! This Airbnb home was a true gem, with its sophisticated decor, advanced lighting, fans, and AC making it a haven of comfort. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, even better in reality, nestled in a location perfect for exploring local markets with easy transport access in a safe and friendly community. Deepak, the host, was exceptionally accommodating and always available, ensuring a seamless stay. The support staff were also commendable for their helpfulness and reliability. A modern digital lock added a touch of convenience, eliminating the need for keys. My gratitude to Deepak and his team for a memorable stay; I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Loved loved loved the place. So open,so airy, plenty of natural light. The kitchen literally had everything u asked for. The house was very clean even in the blind corners. The society also is very safe. Loved our stay here and we’ll love to stay only here whenever we are in Pune. Indraneel was very proactive and responsive.. keep it up.

A peaceful stay I had with my family, pure homely environment, Yogesh & family was cooperative Loved the place & felt like home

Fantastic stay last week! It felt like a peaceful oasis, reminds you of Central Park in NYC, green nestled amid tall apartments. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive, greeting us warmly upon arrival. The recently renovated villa boasts modern amenities, including RO water, a home theatre, a snooker table, and new AC units and geysers, big TV's, and more... With a group of 12, we enjoyed cooking lunch in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a good range of cutlery. The pool was well-maintained and felt wonderfully private. We loved the decor, large paintings and furniture with a cared vintage and modern touch. You will be just 200 meters from a large shopping mall with around 20 dining options, we ordered a T-shirt via Swiggy, arriving in just 6 minutes!!!, The spacious sit-out areas near the pool and in the hall were perfect for our large group. The pets on the property were surprisingly well-behaved. Susmitha and her family were always just a ping away with a smile. Gr8

I absolutely loved the stay here! It's a beautiful and cozy place, that feels like home. I stayed here for almost a week, and I had no issues at all. The host is very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to stay here again in my next trip to Pune. I highly recommend this place! 5/5.

While the neighbourhood itself is quiet and peaceful, this property takes it to another level…The moment you enter the plot, you are instantly teleported to another world…A world where nature rules and everything else including the building and yourself are all subservient to it. The architecture of the place does justice to the setting…At no point trying to be at odds with nature. The natural palate of materials used (exposed bricks, neutral grey shades resembling concrete, wooden windows and doors) with vines and creepers happily taking over the building simply all feel in perfect harmony. You wake up to the sound of birds chirping and the smell of freshness that’s hard to explain. The terrace is another world with its own ecosystem. Kranti has grown things like lemons, pomegranates, chikoos in grow bags on the terrace. What has remained with us is the early morning we spent on the terrace sitting on the amphitheater there overlooking the vines and the mountains. Great experience!

The apartment is really nice and well maintained. Stayed here for 2 days and felt just like at home. All the essentials are there and the host is there to help at all times.

A very conveniently located apartment for us - considering we booked it for our guests visiting Athashri. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Wifi was stable and strong. Amol is extremely prompt in his service and goes out of his way to ensure a memorable stay. The daily cleaning could have been a lil better but all in all a good experience. Will surely be booking it again in future.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect with plenty of good food options nearby, and ordering from Zomato or Instamart was super easy and quick. The highlight of the property is definitely the open terrace which has such a great vibe, perfect for relaxing or spending quiet time. ❤️ The host, Parajsi, was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any queries, which made the stay smooth and worry free. 🙌🏻 The place itself was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. Had a great time staying here. The rooms open onto green surroundings and it's a great way to spend time watching birds. Was exactly as listed and has plenty of things to do. Will visit again!

Our stay here was really good. The listing was exactly as seen in the picture and allowed my 2 small dogs too. Location was central so we could reach other locations in Pune in 30 mins with traffic which is much to say when you come from Mumbai. Santosh was very proactive and responsive whenever required. Look forward to visiting again. Would definitely recommend this property.
