We had a fabulous time! Our hosts were super helpful and very responsive. The apartment was lovely and looks exactly like the photos. We loved the outdoor space, especially the incredible views of the Acropolis. We loved the neighborhood and its vibe. There were lots of very reasonable and delicious places to get a quick bite (the staff at the bakery across the street knew our breakfast order after the first couple of days). All the touristy sites are a reasonable walk, but at the end of the day it was so nice to get away from the crowds and to be somewhere authentically Athenian. Thank you! This was a wonderful place to stay and we will be back.

Very responsive and friendly host who went above and beyond to help us find things to do before we arrived. Even helped arrange transport to the room. Highly recommend. There is a park behind the room where you can walk to historical sites and see the Acropolis with beautiful views.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Die Schlafräume liegen nach hinten und sind deshalb sehr ruhig. Die Badezimmer und auch das Wohnzimmer mit Küche sind einwandfrei. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein Dankeschön an George, der sich herausragend, freundlich und immer zeitnah gekümmert hat.

Our Home Away From Home in Athens We spent four wonderful months in John’s flat and truly felt at home from day one. The apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed—ideal for both short and long stays. Everything we needed was there, and the space quickly became our cozy retreat in the heart of Athens. John was an exceptional host: always available, kind, and attentive without ever being intrusive. He made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay and was always ready to help with any questions or needs. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, cafes, public transport, and all the best parts of Athens. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Flat is amazing! Stylish, well-equipped, quiet, sleeping was good. Located in a safe and lively neighbourhood, near forest and University. About 50 minutes to city center if you decide to walk. Another hill, Lycabettus, 40 minutes away by walking with amazing view over the whole city. We stayed 1 month and could also explore other interesting parts of Athens, like Kifisia and Psychiko using metro. Overall, top of the top! Thanks Michalis for helping with everything, too!

The apartment is spacious and well located. Easy to get to and from the airport by metro, and walkable to major sites in Athens. The mattress was very comfortable! Carole responded very quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly, highly recommended!! I have stayed at a few Airbnb properties, and I have to say that Maria and her husband are among the best hosts I have ever had. We had a minor accident early in the holiday and Maria went out of her way to come and help in the middle of the night. She answered every question we had when trying to deal with the Greek transport system, which is an absolute nightmare to unravel. The flat itself is close to the centre of the city and well located by transport, and the price was very reasonable. The view from the balcony is simply magnificent. We were sorry to leave. Άψογος χώρος. Ένα μικρό διαμέρισμα που με πολύ όμορφο γούστο και μεράκι έχει μετατραπεί σε τοπ επιλογή. Πανέμορφο σε διακόσμηση, προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Πεντακάθαρο όλο το διαμέρισμα, μπανιο τελειο , κουζινα με ολα οσα χρειάζεται,σαλονι ανετο με σούπερ ντεκόρ, υπνοδωμάτιο με πολυ καλο στρωμα , εντυπωση μου εκανε μολις ξαπλωσα που τα κλινοσκεπασματα μυριζαν μαλακτικό . Η κα Βανα αψοχη . Κατατοπιστικες οι πληροφορίες για την άφιξη και ότι άλλο χρειαζόταν. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά.

Nos encantó el apartamento, muy bien ubicado y conectado con distintos medios de transporte, super espacioso e impecable, y Erik super amable nos recibió antes de lo esperado y nos brindó toda la información necesaria para nuestros días en Atenas, muy atento. Super recomendable!

It is located in a lovely peaceful and safe area that is 10 minutes walk to the Agora, so close by to all the action of Athens. There is a fantastic baker 20 seconds from the apartment and also a great supermarket so everything is close by. The apartment itself is on the 5th floor (top floor). There is a very small lift that we were initially nervous to use but we overcame our fear and ended up using it the whole time. The roof terrace is what makes this flat incredible with stunning view across Athens to the hills beyond and then the other way to the Acropolis which is really impressive.The living space itself is clean and functional and perfect for the two of us. We loved the view so much we had supper on the terrace a couple of nights so we could watch the sun setting. The terrace is solely for the flat. The neighbour has the view I guess towards the sea but it is very separate so each space feels very private. Yoita was excellent at communication from the getgo

L'appartement d'Antigoni disposait de tout le nécessaire, et la terrasse est très agréable. Antigoni a répondu à toutes nos questions de manière réactive. Nous recommandons son logement.

Η διαμονή στο διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετική.Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλά εξοπλισμένο και πολύ καθαρό.Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας.Το συγκεκριμένα δωμάτιο καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες για φιλοξενία!

El departamento es aun mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, esta equipado con todo lo necesario, nos dejaron café, azúcar, sal, aceite, jabon para el lavaplatos y la ropa, la verdad que excelente! Solo no se olviden de prender el agua caliente cuando lleguen porque tarda unos 45min en calentar, pero una vez que arranca hay agua caliente suficiente para bañarse 2 personas sin problema. Definitivamente alquilaremos de nuevo si volvemos a Atenas. Muchas gracias!

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Very cool and very nice place

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at Rhodric & Angeliks place a few times while we are in Athens. It has consistently been tidy and clean each time. We are mostly grateful for the hospitality they provide, if anything is needed from us they make sure to meet any needs we have. The safe and quiet neighborhood makes this home the best place for a family getaway. Cannot recommend it enough!

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
