The apartment was in a great location with incredible views. The check in was quick and effortless. It was clean and tidy, felt right at home the moment I walked in. The bus station nearby allowed me to visit most of Belgrade without any hassle. I would absolutely love to stay in this apartment again if I visit Belgrade!

Nikolas apartment was as described, very walkable to all key sightseeing locations and near lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Very well performance for the price. The apartment is at the center of Belgrade, I didn't take any bus during my 7 days trip. I'm sensitive to sounds during sleeping so my only concern was the pigeons coming at the mornings, despite that I'd still rent it again.

I liked everything very much! Thank you very much Mirko for your detailed description and timely help with any issues I lived 3 months in the apartment and it is suitable for a long stay. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret!

Jovan was super friendly from the beginning. The cottage is super comfortable and useful if you are staying for a few days, and even for a possible longer stay as it has a kitchen. It is in a very good location close to the centre and has many bus stops nearby that will take you to most parts of Belgrade.

Great place to stay - a bit outside of the most touristic are, but within the walking distance from many points of interest. Very quiet neighborhood, super silent at night. The host reached out in advance and provided check in instructions, also allowing to check in earlier - that was super nice of him. The apartment is exactly what is offered - not brand new, but in appropriate condition, all clean and ready to use. Kitchen is really small but still has everything that you need for a temporary stay, including some oil and spices. I enjoyed my little stay there, it was really cozy, exactly what I needed.

My stay at this apartment was perfect. It’s very well equipped and looks exactly like the photos. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well since it’s very quiet at night. The kitchen has all the basic tools you need for cooking. Getting to the city center is easy—there’s a bus stop just a short walk from the apartment, and since 2025, public transportation in Belgrade is free. There are also plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. The host, Gojko, doesn’t speak English, but that wasn’t a problem at all. He was kind, attentive, and always quick to respond. He even allowed me to check in late and helped with a few other things. I 100% recommend this place! :)

Gayet keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik, aile oldukça sıcakkanlıydı. Ev küçük şirin minnoş bir evdi. Merkeziydi, herkese tavsiye ederim :)

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

Milos:Friendly ,patience House:perfect view,comfortable its a great experience

A small and cozy house on a quiet street fully matches the description. Inside, there is everything you need for a family getaway. The house was decorated for the New Year, and we were welcomed with champagne. The fireplace is a special highlight of this home, you can wrap yourself in a warm blanket and enjoy the fire, creating a truly homely atmosphere. Couriers and taxis can easily find the address, and there is a bus stop nearby with direct routes to the city center.

I had such a lovely stay at Nemanja’s flat. They were always proactively reaching out to ensure everything was ok and whether I needed anything. I’ve never had that level of outreach before from a host. They even let me come a little earlier than the allotted check in time. The flat was even better than the photos (and the photos were great). I felt very comfortable in the space and it have everything, and more, that I needed for my stay. The bed was so comfortable. The WiFi worked great for working and I had a few zoom meetings with no issues. There was sometimes work being done during the day somewhere near but at night it was very quiet. The location was great and walking distance to so many different things. Also, easy to get down to the center area if that’s desired. I’d definitely recommend Namanja’s flat to anyone looking for a stay in Belgrade.

We are very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host (Stefan) was very nice, and kind, and really helpful. We highly recommend the place to everybody! We deffenetly will come again!

Haziran ayının ilk haftasında balkan seyahatinde tekrar tercih ettiğimiz belgrad şehrinde kendi evimizde gibi hissedebildiğimiz için teşekkür ederiz , ilk gün uçağın rötar ve yolların kapalı olmasına rağmen bizi bekleyerek evi anlatması ayrı bir incelikti🙂 ıhlamur kokularıyla kaplı sokağında güzel bir yeni apartman dairesi , temiz ve ihtiyaclarınıza cevap verebilecek lidl ve maxi gibi marketlere yürüme mesafesinde merkez meydana ise 2 durak otobüs mesafesi 1km tekrar seyahatimde mutlaka ilk sıramızda yer olacak bir ev 🙂

Gute Location - zentral und doch ruhig, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit Luka, sowie das Check-in, waren unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und komme nächstes Mal gern wieder. :)

Öncelikle, konum harikaydı. Her yere yürüyerek gittik, splav kulüpler hariç. Yorumlarda dikkatimi çeken nokta kapı önündeki barın sesiydi ancak biz hiç rahatsız olmadık sesten. Tam tersi orada bir bar olması hoşumuza gitti. Ev temizdi. İvan bize esnek çıkış imkanı sundu. Her şey için teşekkürler! Mükemmel!

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.

I came to Belgrade for medical reasons and was originally looking for a budget apartment. Then I came across Marko’s place, which was just a short walk from my clinic and only slightly more expensive than the cheapest options. I decided to treat myself — and I’m so glad I did! The apartment was not only comfortable, but the spa was an absolute highlight. It made my stay in Serbia feel like a little getaway. Highly recommended!
