Charming quiet cottage in our shared garden with independent access, fully equipped with very high quality bedding and very well located south Orleans for your trips or stays. Discountable rates for longer stays 5 minutes from shops and golf 10 minutes from the center of Thalès and castles of wedding receptions rooms 20 minutes away: Orléans sud la Source. 30 minutes from Autoroute A 71, Lamotte Beuvron international equestrian center, Chambord castle, and St Laurent power plant.

In a Sologne village, renovated in 2015, 2 rooms (40 m²). Located on our fenced property, separate entrance. Linens and hand towels provided. Baby equipment available on request. Hiking trails nearby. Close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. 15 min. from Lamotte-Beuvron Equestrian Park (FFE). Reservation desired for the full period as part of the championships. Les Écuries

In an old stable of the 19th century, a bucolic setting with a superb view of the pond of the Domaine, the calm and tranquility will delight you. Close to the castles of the Loire, you can go for walks in the undergrowth. You have at your disposal (to share with other residents) a multi-sports ground (tennis, basketball and handball) as well as a swimming pool, a petanque ground and a ping pong table. You can fish or enjoy the boat and pedal boat on the pond.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Sologne Apartment/Terrace/Self-Check-In

Pleasant 40 m2 apartment, on one level and close to all amenities (Marcilly-en-Villette town center). You have access 100 m to a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, bar-tobacconist, restaurant, pizzeria... Parking is easy directly on the street in front of the apartment or in the church square 100 m away. This accommodation is suitable for both business trips and leisure stays and you can enter independently and without time constraints.

This outbuilding of a former post house (owners' main house) consists of a living/dining room and an equipped kitchen. it has an open and unobstructed view of a large wooded garden (5500 m2).
