Holiday rentals with beach access in Votsi

A lovely few night's in Skiathos. Fotis met us early and showed us to the apartment, was very responsive with any questions we had. The place was clean and comfy, a short walk from resturants and the water.

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos! The host was fantastic — very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο πέντε βράδια. Όλοι η οικογένεια ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Η Κατερίνα πάντοτε άμεση στην επικοινωνία,στη διάθεσή μας και ευγενική.Μας ενθουσίασε η θέα στο καταπράσινο βουνό και η ηρεμία. Το δωμάτιο είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ειδικά η κουζίνα, που παρέχει ο,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο.Σας ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία!

We loved our stay here, it was the perfect distance away from the city center but a walkable distance. Very clean space, the beds were made every day as well as the trash taken out. The staff there was the absolute kindest people. Very quiet surroundings. We loved the porch we could sit on with gorgeous views.

Maria's place was like the dream island apartment with an incredible terrace and view even from the main bedroom. the apartment was just the right size, very comfortable beds, very relaxing as all in neutrals. the perfect place for a family looking for peace and tranquility! we loved the walks to it, made friends with the neighbourhood cats. just beware for those with any knee or mobility issues there are many flights of stairs from all sides...but it makes you fit if that's not an issue! we would definitely stay there again next time when visiting Skiathos. We like to be away from the crowds but central enough to walk, and that view was like a dream, so don't hesitate to book this place in a heartbeat 💓

Sophie a été juste exceptionnelle, ses recommandations étaient parfaites et ont rendus notre séjour incroyable ! On s’est laissés porter et nous sommes littéralement tombés amoureux de ce paradis ! Nous gardons l’adresse précieusement pour un futur retour sur cette île fantastique. Merci Sophie ❤️

Settimana perfetta e appartamento pulito e corrispondente alla descrizione. Host gentilissimo e sempre pronto a consigli su ristoranti e spiagge. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole scoprire l’isola (le spiagge sono a pochi minuti o c’è la piccola spiaggia del paese) e stare bene.

Wunderschönes, sehr gemütliches Studio in Skopelos Stadt. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und supernett! Die Lage ist direkt an der Promenade, aber dennoch ist es abends nicht zu laut, weil die Fenster gut abdichten. Auf 2 Stockwerken verteilt (verbunden mit einer Holztreppe) ist es ein richtiges Zuhause, wo man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestsattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Alles ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. A very homely and comfortably furnished apartment. The crown is a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The apartment has three floors and a lot of stairs, but the whole city is full of them :). I would come here again and I can recommend this to others as well. Thank you Magdalini, Christina and Yiannis for this experience.

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Juwel. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet zwischen nostalgie und mediteran. Die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend und funktionstüchtig. Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung hat uns Elena aufgenommen. Wir haben eine erholsame Zeit dort verbracht und würden es erneut buchen.

We had a wonderful few days here. Sherren has been a very responsive host before and during our stay; meeting us at the ferry port and then giving us helpful ideas for our stay. The apartment is modern but also sympathetic to the Greek culture. The double terrace is very special and we enjoyed some relaxing on the sunloungers on the top terrace for 1st few days. Unfortunately the weather changed for our last couple of days and had some torrential rain. There isn't anywhere to sit inside if this happens; but this was unusual weather and the apartment is exactly as described on Airbnb. Its just something to be aware of and it certainly has not put us off. We will be coming back. The location is fantastic and takes only a few minutes to walk down to the town. Also recommend the Mama Mia bus trip organised by Dolphin. Good value and also informative about Skopelos in general as well as the film stuff.

Vous trouverez chez Machi une maison de ville traditionnelle de Skopelos, dans une endroit très calme et à quelques minutes à pied du port. L’accueil est excellent. C’est un logement où on n’hésiterait pas à revenir. Merci pour tout.

I had a lovely week staying at Agapi’s beautiful home. The patio was private and peaceful and had great views as well. The streets can get confusing but luckily the house is very close to a local restaurant which has sign posts around the town to help you find that, so that made it incredibly easy to find after being out and about. It was the perfect location - only a 5 minute walk to local shops, cafes and the seafront whilst still being peaceful. Agapi was very welcoming and helpful, and she let me know in advance when she would be round to water plants and change bed linens and towels. I would definitely recommend staying at Agapi’s Airbnb in Skopelos!

Ein zauberhaft liebevoll gestaltetes Häuschen in perfekter Lage. Auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer frühstücken. Es geht ein wunderbarer Wind, ein Segelboot mit Abba Musik segelt los. MItten im griechischen Flair der malerischen Gassen. Alles in Perfektion vorhanden. Der edle Deckenventilator bringt Frische in der Nacht. Schöne Kunstwerke von der reizenden Vermieterin gemalt. Wir hatten zwei Flaschen Wein im Kühlschrank, eine reich bestückte Obstschale auf der Anrichte zum Empfang. Das Vermieterpaar ist hilfsbereit, warmherzig und freundlich. Keine Frage bleibt ohne Antwort. Besser geht es nicht.

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! In the perfect location right in the town with a view of the beautiful garden and ocean. The host Magda is so sweet and responsive! Skopelos is so beautiful and we were so thankful to have Magda as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Machi est d'une grande gentillesse et possède un super sens de l'hospitalité. L'appartement est hyper propre, elle passe tous les jours, il est également très bien situé dans une ruelle calme et paisible. Nous recommandons vivement de passer du temps chez elle, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir et sans aucune hesitation.

Superbe petit balcon avec vue sur mer dans un petit coin tranquille. L’hôte nous avait conseillé les bons restaurant à côté. Plage accessible par un petit chemin à 5’ et au retour douche en plein air en bas de la maison. So cool !

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! It is a bit of a hill to get the to apartment but the view is worth it! Giannis is very welcoming.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Arredamento nuovo e ben tenuto con lavastoviglie in caso di necessità. Bell'attico corrispondente perfettamente alle foto anche se un pò piccolo. Peccato che il bagno avesse poca aerazione a causa solo di una piccola finestrella e che lo scarico della doccia non funzionasse a dovere. Olga, la persona incaricata da Dimitris nel venire ad accoglierci al nostro arrivo, è sempre stata cordiale e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste ed esigenze

We had a lovely holiday. Skiathos is absolutely beautiful and Philoxenia’s place was perfect for the two of us, great location. Will definitely be back!

The house was pretty great ,huge balcony ,huge bed ,recently renovated bathroom and great location.Elpida &Anna were absolutely great as well lovely and polite.Definitely a five star stay!!😀
