We had a fantastic time with Astrid and Chris! Everything was possible and nothing was too crazy! We enjoyed the house, the sweet dogs, the heated pool, the hot tub, the pizza hut and the great welcome and all the coziness! It is a wonderful house and with nice sofas and great fireplace and cozy decor. We are very grateful for this fantastic family weekend together. Thank you!!

A really very nice accommodation, super clean and furnished with heart and love. Everything you need was available. Even small surprises were on the table, a few drinks in the fridge, just great. In addition, the towels and bed linen smelled fresh and you felt at home. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful time at this lovely place. Judith & Marc gave everything for an unforgettable stay. The house is prepared so warmly with many useful extras. Whenever we needed something or simply needed help, we could send a text message and things were managed. We would love to come for a further stay. Either in summer to enjoy the impressing garden and its atmosphere or in winter, to feel cozy and safe at the beautiful house.

We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately, the weather was not so sunny and so we could not spend much time outside. Inside, it's a bit cramped for 5 adults, but with the large outdoor area, it would have been fine in good weather. The sauna was phenomenal and the pool was great too!

We had a nice stay. Beautiful clean bedrooms. Two very large ones, ideal for adding the cots. Finely furnished kitchen. Plenty of activities at a short distance. And delicious jacuzzi. Recommended!

We stayed at Pipowagon XL for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The place was very cozy and had a warm and welcoming feel. You can really see how much thought went into the small details. Everything was well arranged, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. From the comfy bed to the cute kitchen setup, it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings made it even better. Thank you Astrid for creating such a lovely space. We would definitely love to come back.

It wasn't "just good". It was wonderful. Great hospitality, very fine little house with everything you need. Beneficial tranquility in and outside the house. We opt for coming back!!

Our long weekend was far too short! We have enjoyed beautiful walks in the area, including a trip to the Veluwe. We didn't get there to go to Zutphen or Apeldoorn, both not far away. And it was wonderful to come back to Inge's luxurious and comfortable cottage after being outside. We will be happy to come back here sometime!

A nice cottage to stay with the family (9 people). Plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor. Outside a lot of space in the yard with various seats and playground equipment. The animals present are a bonus. The kitchen is complete, the bathrooms very tidy and the beds are nice. Communication with Agnes went well, even if she was not there, she asked if everything was to your liking. In short, a place to come back to.

Beautifully located house at the edge of the village and the forest. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooking. Sandra is a warm hostess who responds quickly. Now in winter fine house but in good weather completely ideal.

We had a wonderful weekend, with another couple of friends with children. We were very lucky with the weather, but Susan's cottage was also fantastic! Everything on it, very neat, nicely decorated and of course a beautiful environment. Thank you! Tips for families: the playground at Europarcs, the Kleine Carrousel adventure farm, walking through the woods, and the Apenheul in Apeldoorn!

This is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful and calm surroundings, the house has everything you can wish for. From a fully equipped kitchen, to good beds and a fireplace. The house is easily located and is nearby places worthwhile to visit, like forests, wildlife observability and the Royal Palace. We can definitely recommend a stay here.

Wonderful stay, large set up and very private. You are outside but also in a few minutes by bike in the heart of the city center in Doetinchem or Stroombroek for a refreshing dip. There is a shed for your bikes that locks. All facilities are provided, even a private garden where you look far away with sometimes some horses or ponies in the meadow. The highway is close, but you hardly notice this inside. The communication is good, Robin and Daan are very friendly and always benevolent to help with anything. We were happy to stay there for a few months to bridge to our own home!

Last weekend we stayed at Hoeve Nooitgedacht and we had a lovely time! It is really a paradise on the outskirts of the beautiful nature reserve the Veluwezoom. Everything was perfectly arranged and it is clear that Albertine has all the love and attention for her guests. We had ordered as an extra breakfast (recommended!) this was extremely extensive and with delicious products, there were two electric bikes ready for us, the cottage was on top, and on arrival we got an extensive explanation with very nice tips. Very nice place with sweet animals and a top hostess! We'd love to come back!

Beautiful accommodation! We immediately felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed by Rezi. Rezi gave us restaurant recommendations and explained the hot tub to us. The place had top amenities. I've never booked an Airbnb before, which had as much equipment as this one. (Pots, pans, bowls, spices, hand and bath towels, bathrobes and much more. We really didn't miss anything!) We also had privacy due to the orientation of the garden and a privacy screen that you can relax. We would definitely book this place again to spend a quiet weekend!

Beautiful house. Spacious, clean, nice view. And nice and free. Only thing you hear are birds and somewhere someone who works on the land. So rest everywhere. All provided, nice towels, good beds. Small note, the bedroom with the "older"bed had no direct outside light and air. They had solved it very well, but if you are someone who likes to sleep with an open window, you have to sleep in the room with the separate beds. Wasn't a problem for us, but it's just for your info. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay! Very nice and neat house, with everything you need. Very quiet between the fields, yet the perfect base for the Hoge Veluwe, Nijmegen, Arnhem,... Also the communication with Feia and the reception on arrival was perfect. Perfect for a midweek with our two kids! We will definitely come back!

This house is a gem! We were 4 adults with a 3 year old child and a newborn baby. The house fit exactly our wishes, namely that we would be close to my mother in Zutphen. She turned 93 last week and we celebrated her birthday in the garden of Marijke's house. The weather was fantastic and we all enjoyed the day. Gorsel is a beautiful area and I knew it from childhood when I had a girlfriend who lived in Joppe. I did a lot of cycling there. It is the most perfect AirB&B in the Zutphen area and I hope to book this many times in the future. Marijke was the best host, she answered immediately and provided us with all the necessary information. Check-in with a key box and a code works perfectly and detailed information was to be found in folders on the kitchen table. There was also a nice welcome gift for us .. a nice basket with snacks and a bottle of water. Very thoughtful and much appreciated!

We had a brilliant stay here. It was only two of us, but would be plenty of room for four or six with two full bathrooms. The home was especially clean and welcoming, with drinks in the fridge when we arrived. The kitchen was very well-equipped and every item looked recently washed and clean. Very comfortable beds and linens. We were able to enjoy the wood-burning stove on a couple of chilly evenings, with wood supplied, and on warmer days we enjoyed eating on the back patio. We would stay again in an instant. The only drawback for the 10 days was that others had a hard time finding the location. Eelco gave us very clear directions, but the entrance from Halseweg and location inside the area seemed to be difficult for delivery vans and car repair trucks!

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and serene place in nature then this is a must book. Walking distance to a forest and lake. Whoever wants to unplug and get away from the busy stuff should consider this place.
