We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

Daniel the host was very friendly and helpful he provided us with everything we needed and we were able to communicate well. The apartment is 1 class we had a girls trip in Budapest and wanted to end it with a relaxing weekend and the place was perfect for it. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sauna and hot tub is easy to use. Thanks to Daniel! As soon as it turns out, I'd love to come back and recommend it. There is a deposit to be paid in cash, which will be returned in retrospect if everything fits. This wasn't a problem

This place is a real gem... hidden away, not far from Balaton lake. Great restaurants and facilities nearby! Pool was great, jacuzzi was great. Peter and his wife were lovely and super helpful with great recommendations. We loved staying here and we're very sad to leave!

Super host & co-host. Always responded quickly and totally friendly to messages. The accommodation was clean and everything you need was available (e.g. pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, spices, laundry rack, etc.). Top location: restaurant, small supermarket (ABC) and Balaton are within walking distance :) Flexible and easy check-in & check-out. We can recommend 👍🏻

Tamas was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was really well equipped and gave us everything we needed. Our dogs really enjoyed the access to the garden. A very pleasant stay

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

Very spacious apartment for a reasonable price.

Everything as described. Great house, loving decor, clean, very friendly host, we were very satisfied. We were 5 people (3 children, 16, 10 and 8 years old), the premises were very sufficient. Thanks for everything!

Jozsef was friendly and very accommodating. Apartment was beautiful and the little garden is perfect for kids and babies. Close drive to the beach and promenade. 25 minute walk to those locations (big uphill to walk back up to the apartment :D)

The listing is as described, it's a good idea to read the details because they have important information. The house is amazing, incredibly cozy. You really need to take care of the head. :) The street is tidy and quiet. The only negative thing we encountered is the neighbor in the back, where if there's a party (we ran into the morning bloomer), you can't sleep in the loft from the noise. The room downstairs and the couch were a great place for us, and it was quiet. The playroom deserves a huge plus point. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful holiday at Szilvia's place. The house was easy to find. It is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood and has a lovely view of the hill. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace having a coffee or glass of wine. The house had everything we needed for our stay, everything looked as expected and as advertised. Everything was clean and tidy. Szilvia was very friendly, sympathetic and caring. She prepared a list of recommendations of things to do and places to go in the surrounding area which was very nice and helpful. We visited a few places she recommended and were delighted. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great time at Balaton. I hope to come back here one day!

Highly recommended! The accommodation is beautiful and perfect for large groups. The caretaker, Levi, is very friendly and helpful with any questions. You can also walk from the train station to the accommodation in 20 minutes.

Fantastic space, beautifully designed and the floor layout made great use of space. Everything finished to a very high standard. Additional bonus was the garden area and furniture - a real sun trap to laze in at the end of each day. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, smart TV with decent broadband and peaceful atmosphere. Great location for everything we wanted to do. We had a lovely, relaxing break which was exactly what we needed. Both Agnes and Marci were really responsive and very accommodating.

We arrived at the accommodation with a larger team. All 8 of us fit comfortably, spacious rooms, and several large bathrooms were available. A covered terrace at the front and a small garden at the back are connected to the house, which also adds a lot to the value of the cottage. Overall, I can say that it is very worth staying here in terms of price-value ratio!

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. We had a very nice stay at Ramona’s house. Our one year old boy was thrilled with the toys available to play with and the dogs loved the backyard. The large tub in the upstairs bathroom was nice to relax in. Ramona was a great host, very responsive and pleasant. The recommendations she gave us for places to see in the area were helpful.

Nice and private little house in a quiet area in the beautiful northern Balaton landscape. Very good for hiking and a romantic time, recommended for couples.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! Dóri was incredibly warm and hospitable, which made us feel welcome immediately. The location is ideal – quiet yet everything you need is nearby, so you can reach everything quickly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The cottage was as described and had everything to be expected. The perfect place for a day trip. Very good contact with the owner. You just have to be careful on the steep and narrow stairs to the first floor. The double bed in the bedroom is rather narrow, so large people won't sleep comfortably.
