L’appartamento è veramente grazioso soprattutto una vista spettacolare, un po’ faticoso le scale ma la bellezza di Napoli sta anche in quelle palazzine vecchie C’è tutto quello di cui hai bisogno mi sono trovata veramente molto bene Antonello educato e cortese

Francesco und sein Bruder Stefano waren sehr gute Gastgeber und besonders hilfsbereit. Sehr viele Empfehlungen erhalten. Wenn wir wieder in Neapel sind, werden wir sehr gerne nach freien Zimmern oder Apartments fragen.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to a few attractions, including the main sightseeing bus stop (the blue B line route is picturesque), Via Partenope promenade by the sea, teatro di San Carlo, Galleria Umberto, funiculars to the top, cafes and restaurants, taxi stop. The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen is well-stocked (incl. oil, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, some candy and packaged pastries). Appreciated having cotton rounds and swabs in the bathroom. There’s a mini market next door. The terrace is amazing. The checkin was prompt at 2pm with hosts waiting for us upstairs.

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

All I can say is WOW!! Tina’s apartment is amazing, my friend and I had the best day! Kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, lounge and a bedroom, with air con in two rooms. Also two balconies! It was perfect. We felt so at home. Tina was also such a beautiful person and she was so kind, we’re so happy we stayed here. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a nice accomodation for their stay in Naples. Her place was spotless, and gorgeous. We had the view of the mountain and roads that were so beautiful to look at. Best accomodation we’ve had yet, and her being so kind was the cherry on top. A gym down the road (Plaza fitness club) had casual sessions for €10, a supermarket, a pharmacy all within 5 minutes walk.

Casa molto pulita e fresca. Nessun rumore esterno tutto impeccabile. Renato molto disponibile e amichevole. Molto gradita la bottiglia di vino. Speriamo di trovare disponibilità anche la prossima volta!

Il soggiorno con Adriana è stato perfetto! L’alloggio era molto grande,fornito di tutto il necessario e con l’aria condizionata che con questo caldo è indispensabile. Adriana è stata molto carina e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione bastava contattarla,ci ha inoltre lasciato parecchia roba per la colazione che è stata molto apprezzata. La zona di per sé è molto carina ma abbastanza trafficata per cui potrebbe essere un po’ difficile prendere sonno per chi non è abituato ai rumori delle auto. L’appartamento non è esattamente in centro ma ci si può spostare con i bus,anche se bisogna fare attenzione perché non sempre passano,altrimenti ci si può spostare a piedi (circa 30 minuti dal centro). Per il resto tutto perfetto sicuramente dovessi tornare a Napoli sarebbe la mia scelta!

Consiglio questo posto, siamo stati benissimo, Sia Carmine, la moglie e la figlia sono persone fantastiche, pronte ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa, nei loro alloggi non manca assolutamente nulla anzi, la dispensa della cucina era piena di cose buone! Inoltre trovi tante idee e consigli su cosa fare e dove andare!!! Noi ci ritorneremo ogni volta che saremo a Napoli!!! Faccio i miei complimenti a queste persone magnifiche!

La zona è comodissima, sia arrivando dalla stazione con la metro sia per spostarsi poi a piedi in città, o anche per prendere la funicolare per salire a San Martino. Il palazzo è un piccolo condominio da sentirsi a casa in una parte di Napoli non ancora dominata dai negozi e locali per i touristi. Volendo si fa la spesa nel supermercato poco distante. - Il check in ha funzionato benissimo. Ci siamo siamo sentiti molto bene!

Muy contentos con nuestra estancia en Portici. Es un estudio muy pequeño perfecto para unos días. Venía equipado con todo lo necesario para la vida diaria, TODO. María es una anfitriona muy atenta, estuvo muy pendiente durante nuestra estancia y nos recomendó y dio consejos sobre todo lo que le pedíamos. Portici tiene muchas cosas para ver, os recomendamos darlos una vuelta por el barrio.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, günstig gelegen, mitten im Zentrum. Metrostation in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe.Ebenfalls Restaurants , wir haben fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Besonders schön, war die Terrasse, die wir zum frühstücken und auch für ein Glas Wein am Abend genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war super, wie haben sofort Rückmeldung bekommen. Es war relativ ruhig in der Nacht und auch im Haus. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Neapel kommen, immer wieder dort . Sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautiful little Apartment with everything you need ! Had a great time :)

Enrico is more than a great host. Accommodated our needs for early check in, was very responsive and provided us with a full tour of the accommodation, along with restaurant suggestions and tips for the city. The room is as in the photographs,, extremely clean, spacious and very pleasant. All of the equipment are brand new and even the provided coffee was great. The only challenging aspect was the minor humidity of the place (due to it being in central Naples), however, the air condition made it completely manageable. Thanks Enrico 🙏

We had a great stay (2 people) place was clean and well maintained! We liked the tasteful decoration and colour scheme. We felt safe and secure, a little bit of family noise from the neighbours but nothing that disturbed us. Excellent host, quick responded and helpful! Overall a smooth experience, definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I had a great stay at Olimpia's place, which was in a neighbourhood with great restaurants, and a 20-30 min stroll to the historical centre. Olimpia was also super friendly and accommodating, even letting me check in early. And the place was very clean and comfortable. All in all, very nice accommodations!

Fantastic stay, book it!! The view from the balcony is the best of anywhere I’ve ever stayed, looks even better than the photos. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and Marina was a perfect host. There is an elevator and a washing machine. 10 minute walk from the metro through the Spanish quarter, tons of restaurants, would absolutely stay again.

Appartamento caratteristico nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, molto carino, ristrutturato e pulito. Carmine é di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, ci ha fornito informazioni di ogni genere e con immediatezza

Roberto took the time out to walk us up and give us a personal tour and show us directly how many things worked in the apartment and the condo complex which was very much appreciated, especially now as many Bnb’s make you fumble through pages of instructions to get inside of your unit. He even showed us in a map how to easily get to all the different local lines, a few supermarkets, etc. The balcony is beautiful and though it is split (see description) the part you get still has a beautiful view and we would pick up a great bottle of inexpensive wine from the Supermarket (Sol 365) on our walk back each night and enjoy it on top of the balcony. Neighborhood felt very safe, kitchen was well stocked with coffee, dishes, etc. He helped arrange a ride from a local at I’d say a very fair price (ifkyk). Bed could be slightly more comfy, but we still slept like logs from all the walking in the hilly city. You are asked to take trash out, which is fine just fyi. I’d 100% stay here again!

J'ai passé un très bon séjours, La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle, le logement n'est pas moderne mais très typique ce qui lui apporte son charme et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. l'ajout d'une climatisation et une petite touche de rafraichissement le rendrais parfais. l'appartement est idéalement situé et a à peine 200 mètres de la station de Métro Materdeï . Salvatore et sa femme communiquent très bien et sont très réactisf pour tout renseignements. Je recommande vivement !!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Anna and Luigi’s place for a few days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. Anna and Luigi are, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had! They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely care about making your stay special. They went above and beyond by offering us a ton of helpful recommendations, from must-see sights in the area to delicious local restaurants. Their local insights really helped us make the most of our trip. I would 100% recommend staying with Anna and Luigi to anyone visiting the area. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. They are simply amazing! 😊

I loved the place. Stefano's condominium is a great spot to stay in Napoli. Very walkable area and safe, lots of restaurants and things to do.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus!
