We had a fantastic four days. The space was clean, well-maintained and had everything you needed! Huge yard for the kids to play. It had all the hygiene and cleaning products as well as kitchen utensils. In front of the sea with sun loungers and umbrellas ready! The sea in front of pebbles. The hosts are kind and hospitable. The house was gorgeous and spotless! Just as it looked in the photos. Anastasia very kind & helpful. Fully stocked for breakfast and coffee. The yard and the view were beautiful. Very important that there was private parking and even more importantly that pets are allowed. I highly recommend this home. It's exactly as it looks in the photos and in person even better. I'll definitely go for it again!!!

It is a less common situation,in which the reality is quite superior to the photos. The location is right on the seashore and offers a dreamy view. The house is tastefully arranged,clean and equipped with absolutely everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The access road is beautiful through the olive grove and the neat and beautifully arranged yard. Our host was very cute,friendly and took care of all the details. It is the PERFECT getaway, private and peaceful, but not too far from incredible restaurants and active cities. Kiriakos is one of a kind! Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My family and I LOVED our time here.

Excellent accommodation, conveniently located near the waterfront, giving access to all main attractions in Volos. Very clean, spacious with all amenities included. Within 3mins walk from a convenient public parking space. Would 100% recommend.

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

Very clean house, easy to fund and exactly as shown in the pictures There was always hot water, free coffee and wifi. Both bedrooms were comfortable

Great place, great apartment. Great spot for explorations, very close to the sea. very kind host,who responded instantly to what we asked him. But we didn't need anything, your home provides everything you might need.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. All the family were very kind to us and explained all the best spots and restaurants around. We loved the easy access to the Fakrista beach. Every morning, we woke up with a stunning view of the sea and then went to the beach in 5 minutes by car for an early swim. If you’re looking for a hidden gem to stay in the Pelion Region, book this flat, and you will have a lovely time in nature.

We stayed at the house for 2 days and it really exceeded all our expectations. It was much better than it looked in the photos! The decoration and colors of the space were very warm and thoughtful, making you feel at home. The towels smelled wonderful, which shows attention to detail and cleanliness. The house was fully equipped with cleaning products, toiletries and everything you need so you don't miss anything. The backyard was a small sweet surprise — ideal for coffee or relaxation, and the house is next to the park with a wonderful view of the sea. There were 5 of us and the house was spacious and very comfortable. Finally, a big thank you to George's mom, who was very sweet, flexible and helpful in everything we needed. Everything was excellent — we highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again on our next Volos getaway!

The children were very friendly and welcomed me personally .. the place is beautiful with a big TV and a very good mattress .. spotless room .. personally I will prefer the children again if I need to stay again Volos ..

Well-maintained apartment, flexible check-in, had everything we needed (shampoo, shower gel, iron, coffee and more) so we didn't have to buy anything. Convenient location 5-10 minutes walk from central points. We were pleased. All we would like is 1-2 extra hand towels.

Everything was good and there was no problem with parking.
