The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cozy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are transformed into an oasis of well-being by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mom is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden nearby is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

Lovely tiny house, exactly as described and designed with a lot of attention to detail. Plenty of great hiking routes around, hosts are very communicative and helpful. I had some trouble sleeping due to how warm the bedroom gets and the large number of mosquitoes and other insect friends that found their way in, but that is to be expected when you’re surrounded by forest.

Smooth process from booking to checkout. Very friendly and uncomplicated host, responsive and easy to communicate with.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, venison burgers, roasts really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

Beautifully decorated accommodation with everything you could need...even welcome drinks, fruits from your own garden and rudimentary ingredients for cooking were available. The hostess is very friendly and was also able to give us many helpful tips for the stay. We will be back!

Super nice house. Very cozy. Minimalist - no unnecessary bells and whistles. Everything well thought out and renovated with attention to detail. Very nice host. Good starting point for all kinds of activities in the Erzgebirge. We would definitely come back here.

Nice landlords. Very spacious, clean house. Huge garden. Very rural; but in about 10 minutes by car, you are in Hof. The highway is relatively close at half a kilometer (advantage and disadvantage at the same time). Interesting area near the border triangle. Value for money is good.

The place looked like the pictures. I was super friendly welcomed by Patrick and felt right at home. If I had any questions or needed help, he was quick and easy to reach. It was a very nice stay there and I can only recommend the accommodation😊.

we were in transit here for 1 night. the room was neatly tidy in the kitchen more than enough present. the location was very nice and quiet. we were personally and very kindly received by 2 lovely people. M&M. we could rest wonderfully in the garden on the veranda.

Martin guided us superbly through the road closure due to a construction site. The apartment is really very stylishly furnished and was very clean. We really enjoyed the super quiet location by the forest. The two dogs were also thought of. The terrace to the owl's nest is very nice and great for breakfast and lingering. Great surroundings with caves, castles and very beautiful hiking trails for all levels. 4 relaxing days in Franconian Switzerland. Many thanks to Hanna and Martin for the very nice hospitality. The accommodation is a true gem surrounded by lush greenery. The hosts have an exquisite style, with a sense of detail, without overdoing it. I immediately felt at home. I also appreciated the minibar, as there are hardly any shopping facilities within walking distance - but absolute peace and space to be. I can only recommend this pretty accommodation and would book it again immediately. It's great when people share their wonderful home with others, thank you very much.

The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, the location to the city center perfect. The only downside: The supermarket next door was supplied from 6 a.m., so our days started quite early... The contact with Sebastian was great! Everything invites you to come back.

A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really big people! There were also two bathrooms, one of which has slopes, but it is very large. The windows of the bedrooms overlook the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! Everything you need was available in the kitchen, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! The accommodation was really idyllic, in the middle of the forest, and right from the start we had the feeling of being on vacation. A beautiful walking route starts directly from the house and we were able to take very nice hikes with our children - also directly from the house. The place was super clean and very spacious. The hosts were very friendly. How would come back.

We were there as a family with 2 children (15/8). Everything as in the pictures, TOP condition and spatially larger than expected. Mega comfortable sofa. Very nice communication and super flexible check - in. T H A N K S Linda, happy to do it again.
