Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Visegrád

We had a wonderful stay in this charming little house in the hills of Hungary. The location was perfect – tucked away from everything with a beautiful view of the river, offering a peaceful escape. It was also conveniently close to Budapest, making it easy to drive into the city for day trips and return in time to put our little one to bed. The nearby Visegrád ferry crossing was a lovely touch, adding to the charm of the area. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat with easy access to Budapest and the surrounding area!

Nagyon kedves kis lakás Tarján központjától besétálható távolságra. Minden rendben volt, a leírásnak megfelelően.

Nagyon otthonos, hangulatos és kényelmes házikó. Telis-tele van környezetbarát megoldásokkal, és rengeteg hangszerrel. A képeknek megfelelően fest, megfelelően felszerelt: az eszközök megfelelően működnek, a fagyasztó résszel ellátott hűtő adekvát méretű, a kávégép darált kávéval működik, ez van bekészítve, illetve egyebek, mint cukor, tea, méz. A házigazda nagyon baratságos, segítőkész és proaktív - szíveskedett a környékkel kapcsolatos tippekkel, lehetőségekkel, útmutatókkal szolgálni. Begyújtott előre az érkezéseink előtt, és körültekintően bemutatta a házban fellelhető lehetőségeket, így pl. a szauna használatát. Ha érdekelne, hogy ezutóbbihoz hozz-e extra törölközőt, ne aggódj: fejenként 2-2 volt előkészítve. A hely megközelítése kocsival döcögős lesz, ugyanis a bekötő út durván kátyús, persze ez nem a szállást minősíti: a ház oldalán parkolásra alkalmas terület.

Masodjara voltunk, tovabbra is nagyon jo szallashely, nyugodt, bekes kornyezet, minden rendben volt!

A kis ház kellemes és megfelel a leírásának és a képeknek. A környezet nyugodt, zöld és természetközeli. A ház tágas és jól felszerelt, ideális egy pár napos kikapcsolódásra. A konyhában minden megtalálható a főzéshez, aminek nagyon örültem, hiszen szeretek magam főzni nyaralás alatt is. Egy mosógép és mosogatógép is a vendégek rendelkezésére áll, ami megkönnyíti az étkezések körüli munkát. A kert szép nagy és ideális tollaslabdázni, bográcsozni is. Összeségében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat és ajánljuk mások számára is a hazát, akik fair áron nyugodt környezetben szeretnének pár napot eltölteni.

maria was an amazing host. when we arrived she showed us around and told us how to get to aldi but she was going herself so she took us with her. Maria was very friendly and kept in touch on our arrival date and responded to our messages within 10 mins. would definitely recommend for a nice, peaceful and relaxing break.

Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve, kellemes környezet, tisztaság, nyugalom. Pont amire vágytunk. Kényelmesek az ágyak, minden szükséges felszerelés adott. Közel vannak a túraútvonalak.

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved my time. Perfect location in a quieter part of the city, yet still walking distance. Room was great, bed was big and comfy. Barbara was great and let me store my bags early before checking in. Highly recommend!

We loved the place so much it was hard to leave! The view was absolutely dreamy! I had been looking forward to staying here for over a year! The A/C worked perfect for the hot summer weather. Just remember to push the lock/unlock button on the side of the remote to adjust the temperature as was instructed to us! Only snag we had was getting out of the building the first day, be sure to push the silver button and pull the door open on the left side. People who live in apartments probably already know this, it was something new for us! We messaged them and they responded right away telling us how to exit the building. We are so happy we choose this stunning beautiful home! It made our time in Budapest absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!!

This was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The location was convenient to explore the city. The apartment felt safe. I was thankful for the elevator as it’s on the top floor but was also up for the challenge of the stairs many times. My family of 5 loved the apartment and spreading out. The bedrooms are all king size beds and beautiful! I want to go home and redecorate our house to match! The bathrooms were great and I appreciated that I could do a load of laundry before leaving for the next place. Peter was proactive with communication. We explored the city by foot and mostly by subways so this location worked well for us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Robert and Peter's place was amazing. Great location with a beautiful view of the Basilica from the balcony. Easy access with an elevator as well. Consistent communication throughout. Would absolutely book here again.

Excellent séjour chez Julia ! l'appartement est vraiment très bien situé car tout est à proximité : centre commercial, transports en commun... l'appartement est vraiment très agréable à vivre. Il est très bien équipé. Le bruit du tramway qui passe tout près ne m'a pas dérangé et à la fin du séjour, je n'y faisais même plus attention ! je recommande !

I was in Budapest for a conference and stayed here for five days before it began. The space was exactly what I needed. The vibe is cozy, comfortable and clean. The wifi was fast. A washing machine for clean clothes. Everything I needed was there, with groceries and supplies nearby. The river path was lovely to walk. The apt is far enough from the center to be quiet, close enough to go for dinner. There is construction nearby (Spring 25) but inside, I couldn't hear it. Being from New York, the price was a staggeringly good deal. I will definitely be back.

The apartment is fresh and elegant and the 6th floor balcony provides wonderful views up and down the Danube. We loved the sunsets behind Buda Castle, just stunning. Andrea helpfully provided a list of restaurant recommendations, local shops and some things to do and was very responsive.

Sehr schönes Airbnb genau wie beschrieben, wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Anita a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Très serviable, elle est venue nous aider lorsque c’était nécessaire. Le logement était impeccable. Propre, confortable, à proximité des transports et avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Все дуже сподобалось. В квартирі чисто та є необхідні зручності. Відчувається як удома. Тихе та затишне помешкання з красивою територією з дитячим майданчиком позаду будівлі та автобусною зупинкою попереду. Господар відповідала швидко та була дуже привітною. Рекомендую цю квартиру!

야경 하나보고 간 부다페스트여서 숙소는 정말 만족했습니다. 전문적인 호스트 덕분에 안내가 정말 정확하고 완벽했고, 숙소가 준비되는대로 일찍 체크인 할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 숙소가 넓어서 편히 잘 지냈습니다.

Thank you, Anett, for the warm welcome. The bottle of water and beer were a very nice surprise! The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures, and has everything you need. The location is also great — it's a 30-minute walk to the centre, or 20 minutes by tram or subway. The neighbourhood was also quiet and safe. Anett gave me very clear instructions. I enjoyed my stay.

Daniel’s place was exactly as shown in the listing. Thankful that we had a lift since it was located on the 7th floor.. The minute we opened the door we felt right at home. Information about the area was available and home was well stocked. Everything within walking distance (grocery store, restaurants, public transportation). The view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony was STUNNING any time of the day. Sometimes it was hard for us to leave the place. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Budapest.
