Holiday rentals with beach access in Virgin Gorda

This is the perfect location for a very peaceful and restful stay on Tortola. The host was really good at communicating both before and throughout our stay. One minor issue with the bathroom basin plug was resolved straight away. The garden area, pool and small beach were all delightful, though loungers could do with an upgrade (a very minor matter). Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the sea and if you’re really lucky watch a pelican fishing right in front of you. We saw it most mornings and late afternoons during our stay. Probably best to have a hire car available though taxis easy to organise. We also used the local bus service, which was ‘an experience’, one I’m glad we had. Would we go back? It’s a very long way from Europe! But we both really enjoyed our stay and, though not as young as we used to be, would love to come again. We had some important communications to make during our stay and excellent WiFi enabled us to do it. Thanks Justin and all the staff.

This space was perfect for us. Lovely view, close to walkable restaurants, close to west end ferry and lots around there to see. Val was amazing!! He helped us in every way possible and we would definitely go call here. We divided our stay and went to the east end for 4 days but wished we would have stayed at this place the whole trip. There are upstairs guests but we could not hear a thing. Beautiful area!!

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb on Tortola! The unit was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed, from a full kitchen to cozy outdoor seating. I left the doors open while I was there to take advantage of the lovely breeze. And while the unit has air conditioning O didn’t turn it on until I went to bed. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and full of local tips that made my trip extra special. Whether you’re looking to relax or adventure, this place is a perfect home base while you’re on Tortola.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotte’s. The pool was so nice to have to escape the heat but still enjoy the outside and the beautiful views. Penney met us at check-in and was extremely friendly and welcoming. She showed us around the apartment and deck/patio areas. She had a lot of fresh fruit, water, and even a bottle of wine for us. The restaurants at the nearby beach were really good with good drinks and drink specials. We loved staying at Charlotte’s and will definitely book again next time we visit Tortola before our sailing charter. Thank you!

The villa sits on a hill overlooking a beautiful beach. An absolute stunning vista. Beautiful sea and sailboats in the distance. The outdoor area is large with a splashpool, beautiful flowers and greenery. An occasional visiting cat and chicken add to the island charm. Inside, the home is just as it is in the fotos. There is a full kitchen and gorgeous guestrooms. the area is quiet and peaceful. Sam is a terrific host and her staff. Very helpful, easy to contact.

Beautiful accommodations. Exactly what you need for a couple. Gorgeous view (photos don’t do it justice), very responsive host, and very walkable area. Use the stairs! They are much easier than walking down the hill. We only discovered them on our last day 😂. Sophie was super responsive and thoughtfully left us coffee and snacks too.

My husband and I just got back from Donald’s place and we could not have loved it more. It was the perfect location, felt right at home, and had the best vacation. We rented a car for the first few days to explore the island, get ferries to Jost and Virgin Gorda, and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset dinner at Bananakeet, one of Donald’s recommendations. Donald’s home has everything you could possibly need, with the most comfortable bed and the perfect balcony for sitting out to enjoy the view. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back! Nice place beach right out front, great host respond very quick, a nice person kind and understands, we had no problems at all everything was perfectly fine, and would definitely go again when going to Tortola 🙏🏽

This will be my vacation spot forever! This place was amazing, it was beautiful, it was humongous, we felt like Royalty, Tina was an amazing host, I can't say enough about Tina, the beds were comfortable everything was clean and we absolutely loved our stay! I would highly recommend the place, but I'm afraid everyone will take my new hidden secret! I will be back and I highly recommend Tina and the guavaberry group!

This place is a true gem of the BVI’S, a private cottage walking distance from the beach 🏖. Will definitely come back. Thanks for the hospitality

We had a fantastic stay at Mermaid Villa. Jan was on property and very responsive whenever we had any questions. The view was spectacular and The beach was beautiful. Our Villa was supplied with everything that we needed including towels, linens, kitchen supplies, Beach supplies, and a grill. We had rented a vehicle for our stay which I would highly recommend. It is about a 40 minute drive to the west end of the island and about 20 minutes to the larger Riteway grocery store by Road town. You are very close to the airport and Beef Island ferry. There are many restaurants near Trellis bay as well. Jan is a wealth of information and can help steer you in any direction. We are hoping to return with our adult children in the future.

Villa Amani was perfect and Michelle was exceptionally helpful with anything we needed. She met us at the airport and brought us to the house, went over all of the accommodations in the house, recommended restaurants and grocery stores, and even provided a couple Crash Pads (Splat Mats as she called them, which is now how we refer to them). The house has a pool, BBQ, full kitchen, and tons of room to lounge. It’s walking distance to the Baths Beaches and very close (short drive) to Coco Maya (our favorite restaurant in town). Highly recommended! Thanks again Michelle!!!

Our stay at Stargazer with a small group for a wedding was so wonderful and relaxing. The house and location are stunning and having the car and Whaler at our disposable was such a luxury. Maline, Andy, Rebecca, and Sandra were all extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed help. I’ll be thinking about that view for a long time!

The house was very spacious and functional, just what we needed for our vacation. Surrounded by a lot of trees and greenery, quiet location, and a few cats and dogs that made more interesting. You will need a car to get to the location, no questions about that, and although she had very useful instructions how to get there from the airport, there were none from Road Town (ferry port). getting there almost at sunset (due to delays) and not having data from my cell service plan made it very difficult to get there. I have to say that the communication was incredible and very prompt, had a few issues but they were able to fix or get us what we need it in very short order. A plus was the washer and dryer which allowed us to clean a load of clothes before heading out to Virgin Gorda. Of note: There is no asphalt or rocks as you arrive at the house and the rental car gets pretty dirty especially when it rains. Overall, I will still stay here due to close vicinity to Josiah's bay.

We have been visitors to Mahoe Bay and Mango Bay Resort since 1997 long before there were vacation and beach homes constructed there. We have always stayed at Mango Bay Resort in the past. This time, as there were 9 of us, we decided to give the villa experience a try. We already knew that Mahoe Bay was the only place for us on Virgin Gorda. We found and booked our villa through Airbnb. Our experience with Virgin Gorda Villa Rentals and their staff could not have been better. From booking and asking questions right on to departing our Villa Concierge, Nandi Flax took very good care of us. Our villa was the Bellamare which was just perfect for our group with 4 bedrooms, a fresh water pool and a very short walk to the beach. We had beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. The villa was well appointed and had all the necessary kitchen gadgets for the three chefs that are part of our family.

Jon and Jude were two of the best hosts we’ve ever experienced! They were kind, communicative, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. The place was paradise - clean, beautiful, everything we wanted - and we can’t wait to return!!! Thank you, Jon and Jude! Hope to see you again!

This is a 5 star listing! We were already traveling on another island and the airbnb host canceled on us two days before arrival so we were needing help. Host was very responsive and we were set up quickly. There is a full kitchen, beds are comfortable, great washer/dryer and A/C works very well. It was very clean. There is plenty of space to park inside a large drive through gate. Balcony has a wonderful view of the marina. Great location about 15 mins east of Road Town and 10 mins from one of the most highly rated beaches - Long Bay. Host greeted us with a few treats, and asked us if we had any special requests. During our stay, there was an extra third bedroom that we added on for an agreed upon fee, that had its own bathroom. Thank you for a fabulous time in Tortola! Jennifer

From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

Shan's place is great very clean and well equipped with what you need. We had a hiccup with water but that is expected in some islands and Shan made sure we were ok. I would definitely stay with Shan again.

Our first time staying in BVI, great location, just 15 minutes away from airport and ferries to other islands. . We thought it was on one of the nicest beaches in the islands. Went in May, which may be out of season but It was like having our own private beach. Unit has great view of beach and was only steps away. Unit included comfortable beach chairs that we used every day. Access to the Wyndham pool and open air restaurant was a great perk.

We had a great time staying at this villa!! Pool and outdoor deck are absolutely amazing and where we spent most of our time. We couldn’t get enough. The view is stunning. The inside of the apartment was clean and practical for two people. We would come back!

This condo is right on a beautiful Caribbean beach. The water is calm and easy to play in. The pool space was also very nice as was the hotel restaurant. The condo, while small, was clean when we arrived and ready for our 2 night stay. The grounds of this hotel (Wyndham) are a little rustic and tired BUT the beach, pool, restaurant and view more than made up for that.

We had a wonderful time!! Everyone was warm, kind, and welcoming and made our visit so special. If you’re there for barbecue night, don’t miss out - the chicken and ribs were DELICIOUS! We visited in May and enjoyed a peaceful, quiet visit since it was more off season (which was just what we wanted!). Being able to walk right out and step on the beach was magical. The hosts communicated well, everything was as described, and made us feel welcome. Thanks for a beautiful and wonderful time!
