Beautiful interior, very convenient location in the middle of Old Quarter. Quiet and insulated from the noise of the main street because it is further inside the building complex. Host was helpful and responsive.

We had such a lovely stay at this flat near the Ecopark! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start—super quick to respond and full of great local recommendations for places to eat and explore. When we got a little lost, they were quick to guide us, which we really appreciated. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed—we just wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again one day.

It is easy for me to substantiate my saying that I truly enJoyed my time at Tracy's place because I have already chosen another one of her homestays through Airbnb. It is in the same building where I have been for almost a week. I would have liked to have extended my time at the same place but it was already committed to another guest. Fortunately, Tracy had another apartment very similar to the first one so I was easily able to go through the simple logistical transfer of gear from one place to another. I never had the pleasure of meeting Tracy, but our correspondence was cordial and thorough through the Airbnb app. I did meet both of her parents upon arrival and I appreciated their thoroughness in showing me what I needed to know about the place. The listing's indicated amenities were present and worked just fine. All my needs and interests were met without complications and I consider myself lucky to still be here Without hesitation I offer Tracy's place my highest recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter and just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake (还剑湖). I especially loved taking peaceful morning walks around the lake each day. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax, and the space felt like a comfortable home base to return to after exploring the city. We walked everywhere—cafes, restaurants, shops, and major attractions were all within easy reach. It was so convenient! A few things to consider: On weekends, the nearby road is closed to traffic and can get lively with events. For us, there was a Saturday night event that lasted until 10:40 PM, but it didn’t disrupt our stay. The other nights were quiet. The host was very responsive and communicative, which made everything smooth. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Hanoi!

Super charming stay! The balcony was perfect for morning coffee, and the projector made our evenings so fun and relaxing. The apartment was full of natural light and greenery, making it feel peaceful and airy. Great location, lovely design, and a great vibe overall. Highly recommended for small groups or families visiting Hanoi!

My partner and I stayed in Tung's place for 10 days and I have to say that this is by far the best Airbnb we had in Vietnam. Well equipped, spacious and with great services proactively provided by the host - everything we could ever need during our stay. The neighborhood has plenty of good coffee and restaurants options as well

spotless, really like this kind of room style, simple and comfortable luxury, everything is very new and very clean, the host is being kind and helpful and always make the communication easy and comfortable, and right, the big balcony is definitely a plus, love it a lot, and there is cafe shop full of the street, you would surely have a great time.staying here, looking forward to the chance to come back

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a great stay with Tea, she was so helpful with local gems including activities, sightseeing, food recommendations, and more. She was a great communicator and very responsive. If it’s your first time here I would absolutely recommend Tea and her place as she was so helpful.

Absolutely amazing apartment & hosts. It felt very homely which allowed me to thoroughly relax when at home. A great location for a short walk to Hoàn Kièm lake & train street. Fantastic restaurants close by with many ethnicities to choose from. Aha Cafe across the street had best coffee around & staff always greated me with a smile which made me feel very welcome. Lastly, I was left wanting nothing from the hosts. Uyen & Nhung regularly checked in to ensure i was comfortable & even supported me when I needed a parcel delivered from overseas. I cannot recommend this apartment enough & will definitely be staying there again.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

One of the few AirBnb places that looks exactly like the pictures! This was a really beautiful apartment with full amenities, fast wifi, strong A/C, and even a washer and dryer (which is a rare find in Vietnam). Really a joy to stay here and the host is super responsive and friendly.

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.
