Nice quiet place to stay that is relatively near old quarter via car. Lots of amenities and the place is clean with working air conditioning. There is nth much in the surrounding area but it is not a big problem if you are spending most of ur time in old quarter.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

great stay for a large group, both hosts were very receptive and helpful, big recommend

일단 호스트의 피드백이 엄청 빠름 질문하면 거의 챗봇처럼 답이 바로바로 옴. 또한 한건물을 통째로 써서 뭔가 호텔 전세내서 쓰는 느낌이 듦! 그리고 내부 또한 굉장히 청결하고 무엇보다 수질이 굉장히 깨끗했음(필터 샤워기로 2일 썼는데 새하얌) 하노이 중심부와는 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그렇기 때문에 오히려 조용해서 좋았구 그랩으로도 올드쿼터까지 약 20분 이온몰은 7~8분 정도 걸려서 전혀 문제가 없었음! (아 그랩 주소 찍을때 2 Lane 318/80 Ngoc Tri Thach Long Bien 이 주소 찍으시면 집 바로 앞에서 내려줍니다!) 다음번 하노이 방문시에도 재방문 예정임! 적극 추천 추천 👍👍👍👏👏👏

Tea and Ryann were such amazing hosts - they were very accommodating from the booking phase, until we checked out. They also arranged our tours for Sapa and Halong Bay, as well as drop offs and pick-ups at the airport, and it made everything so hassle free for our group. The location is very accessible and center, surrounded by great food options, easy pick up and drop off for the Grab taxis, and relatively safe. The hosts were very responsive and detailed, and even supported us with last minute changes on our tour reservations, and even on the rebooking of my friend's flight. Overall a very happy and satisfied stay and trip in Hanoi and Sapa! :) Thanks so much for all your help, Tea and Ryann!

Overall a great stay in Hanoi with Chez and family. They were nice, chill, and helpful anytime I needed help with anything. The area is secluded from all the noise you would get around the Old Quarter, but it's close enough to the southern train street area (walking distance). You have nearby restaurants, parks, and convenience stores as well. Overall good choice to stay in, as I was helped out with my Sim Card and given some tips and tricks on places to go to and how to navigate the city. Stayed here for 1 month and recommend to everyone.

Great location, really nice flat with an lovely balcony. Small cons : TV wasn’t working and the kitchenware seems a bit lightly furnished, with only a few tools. But overall it is really pleasant apparement and Do is extremely responsive and friendly. Would recommand 100%

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. We are very grateful for the great experience and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you, Chloe, for your warm hospitality! strongly recommended A+++

귀엽고 예쁜 숙소입니다. 저의 요청에 신속히 응대해주었고, 실내는 깔끔했습니다. 다만, 냉장고 안에 음료는 "유료"라는 문구가 없어서 그냥 마실뻔했어요. 안내문이 있으면 좋겠습니다.

Great place, connected to airport and city centre via bus services for affordable connectivity for budget travellers. Clean home in a nice neighborhood, special props for drinking water, washing machine and dryer. Loved the stay and would recommend to all. Would stay here again when back in Ha noi.

wonderful stay here. lovely coffee shop with beautiful art and amazing coffee attached. very attentive, kind and helpful staff. very close to many good good places by walking.

It was nice staying at Mai’s place. It was clean, well decorated and somewhat quiet. The area is was convenient as there were many shops and some restaurants nearby. It really had a nice vibe and I wished I had discovered it sooner.

Apartment is nice and clean, well equipped. Basic necessities are provided. Sheets are clean. Enjoyed my stay. Overall, a good place.

Het appartement is gelegen in een buurt met veel groen aan het water en vol met winkels en restaurants. Er zijn vrijwel geen touristen en je voelt je helemaal ondergedompeld in de Vietnamese cultuur. Door de hoogte op de 31ste verdieping is het stil en het uitzicht is geweldig. Schuin tegenover kijkt men op een oude tempel! Aardige buren, handig ingedeeld en zeer betaalbaar!

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

Nhà rất xinh và bình yên. Xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn ngon, toàn là người dân địa phương tới ăn thôi nên giá cả rất ổn. Dưới nhà có công viên dễ thương, chiều có thể chạy bộ, hoặc đi bộ ra xem thiên nga. View từ ban công và phòng sub nhìn ra thành phố, mênh mông, đẹp vô cùng. Nhà yên tĩnh, thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi. Chủ nhà là chị Phương rất dễ thương, thân thiện, phản hồi gần như ngay lập tức khi mình cần hỗ trợ. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại :)
