super cosy and clean place. very gorgeous courtyard! five mins from bus stop, which is ten mins from Vincennes RER, super well placed for exploring Paris. A great and responsive host.

Amazing stay in Paris! So easy to get around from this location with multiple metro lines right there. Also walkable to many areas. Apartment was so clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It also has a beautiful balcony with tons of plants and flowers. The immediate area was not the cutest, but it was very easy to get to the more scenic neighborhoods. It is worth noting that people tend to hang out on the street and the steps of the apartment late at night. They were respectful and moved out of the way to let us in, but it could be uncomfortable for some to push past people outside the door. Overall would definitely recommend!

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante a nossa estadia. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi tranquila e respeitosa. O apartamento é amplo e agradável, com todos os itens descritos no anúncio. Ele tem uma área externa onde é possível fazer refeições ou simplesmente relaxar. Há um bom mercado embaixo do prédio, além de padarias e restaurantes por perto. As estações de trem e metrô estão a poucos minutos da propriedade. Por sinal, o bairro tem um ar jovial e moderno, sendo ótimo para passear. Altamente recomendado para famílias com crianças.

Accueil sympa et efficace. Appartement bien clair malgré la grisaille de décembre. Très clean, vraie cuisine bien équipée. Bonne literie. SDB nickel. Accès magasin tout proche, idem pour le métro avec plusieurs possibilités de correspondance. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Spectacular views, lovely area, easy to reach of all the main attractions of Paris. We really enjoyed our honeymoon here.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Lors de notre venue pour le Parc Astérix, nous avons séjourné à 4 dans le logement de Siham. Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. La piscine est un petit plus, au top. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant du bourg. Siham a été réactive à nos messages. Un grand merci !

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
