Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir la région, à la fois calme, fonctionnel et impeccablement propre. Guillaume est un hôte sympathique, accueillant et très agréable, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus plaisante. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Annecy. Der Zugang zur Wohnung und der Tiefgarage sind erstmal ein wenig kompliziert, aber die Fotos und Videos sind dabei sehr hilfreich

Lucie was very kind and helpful, and she has the most beautiful apartment. She gave us a good lot of tips for exploring annecy in the limited time we have. She even waited for us by the front door to help us check in

Claire’s rental space was beyond my expectations. Everything and so much more than what a camera can capture. There is an ambiance and beautiful treasure awaiting all who come. Claire and her husband, Alain , made such a generous strides to be excellent hosts. I have never had such kind and gracious hosts along with such pristine and beautiful accommodations. We will be back and will not want to stay anywhere else!

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet. Die großen Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Alles war sauber. Im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Wasser für uns, was bei der Hitze sehr toll war. Kaffeekapseln sind auch vorhanden. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Man kann zu Fuß in 5 Minuten die Stadtmitte erreichen und in 10 Minuten den See. Wer gerne mit geöffnetem Fenster schläft sollte wissen, dass es etwas lauter ist, dies aber auch nicht die ganze Nacht. Weil es so heiß war standen uns auch Standventilatoren zur Verfügung, so dass man eben auch mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann. Die Kommunikation und persönliche Schlüsselübergabe lief auch dieses Mal einwandfrei.

Merci à Jérôme et Margaret. Les instructions etaient claires et on a pu facilement trouver le logement. Ce dernier etait paisible, fonctionnel et à proximité de tout, notamment du lac. Le fait de bénéficier d’une place est un avantage non négligeable au regard de l’emplacement (centre-ville). On recommande les yeux fermés !

The house is confortable, the spaces were clean and everything was as described. The design of the house is modern and with enough technology involved to get you confort. Mathieu is a very nice host, very communicative and I think he made his job in the best way. We found help when needed also from the population! We found only nice and gentle people. Maybe remember to have cash with you because someone don't make you pay by card (anyway is full of banks). The only thing i have to underline is that lights of the street are turned off after midnight and you're gonna be very careful if for any reason you're not at home because you're not far from the main streets. I guess the only negative thing cannot be controlled by this host so I reccomend you this house and this visit! I may also come back next time!

Le séjour dans ce logement était parfait ! Il correspond totalement à la description. Notre arrivée a été parfaite grâce aux descriptions envoyées. Le logement était très propre, près de la voie verte ce qui est un plus, surtout avec les vélos à disposition ! La Clim a également été un gros plus pour notre séjour ! Le logement est complètement insonorisé, nous n’avons rien entendu malgré la route assez passante à côté ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Encore merci !

Maria et Jean Marc sont des personnes accueillantes, très sympathiques et discrètes qui vous fait tout de suite vous sentir comme chez vous . La petite maison est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour et de plus le quartier est très calme. Ce fut un vrai plaisir pour moi d'y avoir séjourné.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Carine et son mari ont été incroyables. des hôtes vraiment parfaits, attentifs, gentils et drôles. très arrangeants. merci à eux. nous avons passé un super week-end. le logement était parfait, propre, rangé, fonctionnel. tout est neuf. vraiment c'était un week-end très agréable. je recommande ce lieu à 1000% sans aucune hésitation. à côté d'un lac artificiel avec jardin fait par des bénévoles. proche d'Annecy. un régal. tout parfait

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est propre, bien équipé, à proximité d'Annecy. La vue du balcon sur le lac est très belle ! Juste que l'appartement est parfait pour accueillir 4 personnes, et non 5, le canapé n'est pas à compter dans les couchages, ce n'est pas un canapé que l'on peut déplier en lit ou alors penser à emmener un matelas. Sinon tout est parfait !

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
