apartment complete with all amenities, quiet location, served by public transport to reach the center and other areas of Buenos Aires, near the gastronomic center of Devoto, adjacent Cuenca shopping area, Sabrina very precise and kind, I would definitely choose this accommodation again

We chose the apartment due to its location, which is in fact excellent, with many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around, most of the time we did our activities on foot and in total safety. The apartment is on a beautiful street, in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. It even had a good hair dryer, iron, plug adapters and first aid kit. Clean bathroom, with several towels and toiletries. The hosts were attentive and very receptive, with good communication, gave us several tips for tours, itineraries, where to buy wines, and made our stay more pleasant! We will definitely return !

I can not review this exact space, since I got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment in the same building! But my stay there was amazing, and the host replies very fast, checks in every now and then how everything is going. The rooftop pool is lovely, spent a lot of time there :) Overall great to stay, would definitely come back!

The apartment is very nice, cozy, and functional. The building is very nice and the area, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful residential areas in the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very cordial. I will definitely return on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

I stayed 35 days, a highly recommended apartment for long stays, good location, safe and quiet and well connected to tourist centers. Wifi works great Gianfranco was very kind and decisive in everything that was asked of him. I'll definitely buy it again.

We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful and comfortable hallway house. All tidy and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, there is always room for parking. Maria is very attentive and friendly. Safe and well-lit place at night. We love it. Super recommended.

I stayed here for a month and it was an incredible place to stay and work from. I never had a single issue with Internet connectivity, even with frequent zoom meetings. The apartment itself is spacious, gorgeous and has everything in the kitchen you could possibly need to cook. The neighborhood is also incredible - it’s on of the greenest and most quiet in the whole city. Lots of convenient things within walking distance, but total peace and silence in the apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Lastly, the hosts were so easy to communicate with - I always got a (friendly, helpful) response very quickly. First rate hosting. Thank you!

The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. It really is an excellent apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Super clean and tidy. It's beautifully decorated. It has the necessary appliances and utensils and everything is new and works well (kitchen, air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, towels, etc.). It's spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it has a nice balcony. The complex is superlative: heated pool, jacuzzi, saunas, gym. Everything is spacious, new and very easy for guests to access. The host, Juan, is very explicit, responds quickly and accurately. They left us coffee capsules, chocolates and beer in the fridge, it's a very nice welcome when you arrive tired from a trip. 100% recommended apartment. The price/quality ratio is excellent. It's worth it!!!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park.
