Apartment holiday rentals in Villa Pueyrredón

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with a nice shopping area nearby, which is very practical. Having a garage and 24-hour security is a great plus. The internet connection is excellent, ideal for working from home without problems. We had a very good stay, Viviana was super kind and attentive, always willing to answer our questions and help us with everything we needed. If you want to make it a little shorter or highlight something else, let me know and we'll adjust it.

We had a great time, there were 4 of us, and the 2 bathrooms fix the stay. The cleanliness very well and it is very close to my sister's house which was what we were looking for.

Very comfy and spacious apartment in a calm and nice neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The apartment itself is very homey and charming, with balconies on either side that lets lots of natural light in. Fully stocked kitchen and washing machine were key for a long stay. Many great shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, and a Subte stop nearby that will gets you downtown to the obelisk in ~45 minutes. WiFi was fast and had no issues the entire month I stayed there. Was a great experience!

Can't wait any longer. The place is impeccable, very warm, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities, a modern building with easy access and close to everything in a neighborhood that offers thousands of options for walking, shopping, going out and having fun. Second time at Jose’s and it was great again. Great neighborhood and building. It’s near a lot of restaurants and the gym is a block away. He’s always quick to respond if you need anything. Would stay a third time if back in Parque Chas.

Pilar's apartment is beautiful! As seen in the photos . The neighborhood is also very safe and quiet. You can park on the street without any problem, and that is very convenient. The attention we received from Pilar was excellent. She was always attentive. Highly recommended, and we would return without hesitation!

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super pleasant area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the region, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. Host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations by wpp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!
