I had an extremely satisfying experience during my stay in this apartment. The location is privileged, situated next to the subway, which greatly facilitates the movement around the city. The property is impeccable: beautiful, very well decorated, clean and fully equipped, offering all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptionally attentive, always available and willing to assist in whatever was needed, which contributed significantly to the feeling of welcome and well-being. In short, my experience was excellent in every respect. There is absolutely nothing to criticize — only praise to give. I strongly recommend it to everyone who seeks quality, practicality and a high level of service.

We liked the apartment very much, it is very comfortable, warm, cozy, spacious, and has a lot of light. But the main disadvantage is the railway right under the windows and the trains that run both day and night, so if you don't mind this rumble of trains both day and night - I think you will be satisfied with the apartment. Everything was excellent! It served us a lot to be close to the Quilmes Rock and the Villa Martelli area. We would stay again!

From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

We went to a concert, we took the opportunity to go a few days before to walk. The choice of accommodation was in line with what we expected and more. The area was ideal in terms of transport accessibility, it felt safe and quiet, access to the apartment was easy to understand, a few blocks from a busy avenue, not far from Chinatown and with many bus lines available. The apartment as such felt comfortable and cozy, the balcony provided the possibility of airing the place, the cold/heat air conditioning helped with the temperature and the fact of having a coffee maker and microwave gave it a plus. We look forward to returning

Pablo's apartment is as it appears in the photos. As it is on the avenue, it is a bit noisy at night. But it is very well located. Accessible to transportation. Beautiful! Pablo's attention is impeccable. I would definitely come back another time. Thank you!

The apartment is beautiful, the cleanliness is impeccable and it is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location is excellent. Josefina, the hostess, is super friendly! It was very easy to coordinate the check in and out, and she was always attentive to whether we needed anything. I definitely recommend it and we will be back!

Good location for the purpose of our trip with my girlfriend, who went to Quilmes Rock. Small but well-distributed apartment, with amenities and security. It has everything for breakfast or cooking something. Very good reception from the owners. Recommended!

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended us super well. Our stay was great.
