I stayed 35 days, a highly recommended apartment for long stays, good location, safe and quiet and well connected to tourist centers. Wifi works great Gianfranco was very kind and decisive in everything that was asked of him. I'll definitely buy it again.

From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

We went to a concert, we took the opportunity to go a few days before to walk. The choice of accommodation was in line with what we expected and more. The area was ideal in terms of transport accessibility, it felt safe and quiet, access to the apartment was easy to understand, a few blocks from a busy avenue, not far from Chinatown and with many bus lines available. The apartment as such felt comfortable and cozy, the balcony provided the possibility of airing the place, the cold/heat air conditioning helped with the temperature and the fact of having a coffee maker and microwave gave it a plus. We look forward to returning

Everything is very nice and impeccable!! I would definitely come back, the apartment is beautiful and Manuel was always attentive to us, the apartment has everything you need, but the balcony is the most beautiful and super nice part, very large!! A simple recommendation is to have an adapter for foreigners, since the plugs in Argentina are very different, and not having to go out to look for more when the weekend comes, but otherwise, very satisfied and everything is super nice!!! 🩷🙌🏼 Having a private garage for those of us who go with vehicles is a 100000 🌟 On our next stay in Argentina, we will return without hesitation!! Johanna welcomed us, showed us the apartment, and explained how everything worked. Very kind, even took extra time to talk with us, we got to know each other a little, super good vibes. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, our stay was for 3 people, my partner and my 21-year-old daughter. It is the perfect size and 4 fit in without any problems, with all the comfort. With a large balcony to be outside, and to be able to hang clothes. Everything works very well. Equipped with the basics of a kitchen to be able to make your meals. Located in the heart of Villa Devoto, less than a block from the square. The neighborhood and building are super safe. The neighbors were very nice, we didn't have a problem. The bed was very comfortable. It had towels, soaps, detergents. We felt right at home! Highly recommended! Thank you very much Mariano and Johanna for the quick communication and the accessibility and uncomplicated nature of the whole process! I hope to be back very soon!

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

The apartment is really beautiful, better than in the photos, very spacious, bright and warm. The location is really spectacular, with many services nearby. It was winter and the central heating worked perfectly. They have everything you need to feel at home. Diego was attentive at all times and we lacked nothing. Highly recommended for spending several days, we will return every time we travel to Buenos Aires.

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!
