Beautiful! Both the home and the landscape. The views of Lake Gutierrez and the beautiful Cerro Catedral all day long. Very easily accessible, you can reach many places avoiding downtown. Equipped with everything you need, also for cooking and it is very good to have another grillboard inside for when it is cold. Very good attention from Pablo and Giorgina. We already want to come back!!!

Excellent accommodation in an unbeatable setting to rest and relax for a few days with everything you need to have a good time, in a beautiful natural setting with an incredible view of the lake. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Away from downtown noise but only a few minutes drive away. Very close to supermarket, pharmacy and several shops within a few minutes walk. Daniela was an excellent host, she was always on order, she responded quickly and was super friendly. 100% recommended.

Gines' house is as shown in the publication. It is a very comfortable house and strategically located in Bariloche. From the house one can go quickly to all points of interest in Bariloche. In our case we had a car, in my opinion it is highly recommended to take a car or rent to drive without problems in the surroundings .

Isabella is a great host, the surroundings and the house are spectacular, the pool is a luxury, we felt right at home.

We were 3 parents with 7 young children skiing. The house is excellent, very spacious, decorated with all the details, very well equipped, very safe (within a Country), reasonably well located (20 minutes from Cerro and 15 from downtown). A very large jacuzzi that we enjoyed to recover from skiing. We'll definitely be back next ski season.

We are frequent users of Airbnb and we can certainly say that this has been the best place we have stayed. Attention to detail so that everything a traveler needs to be comfortable and pleasant during their stay is taken into account. On the other hand, our hostess is very dedicated and responded quickly. If you have a car, don’t hesitate and book this place. Best value for money in Bariloche. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the house is great. It has everything you probably need and Dina is a great and responsive host. We’ll definitely come back!

The house is sensational. We host in 7 people. very comfortable with a great view of Lake Gutierrez. 15 min from the center of Bariloche. host support and impeccable facilities.

We had a great 10 day stay at the place. Fabiana is very attentive and had turned on all the heaters for a warm arrival. We didn't need a heater afterwards. The location allows for a sensational view. We did not lack anything thanks to Fabi who is always ready for everything for a perfect stay.

Had a great time at this location! An amazing place to relax, disconnect from the world and connect with nature. The place is surrounded by many trails, and you great views right from the window. Emmanuel is a very sweet host too. Recommend to everyone!

Zoe's accommodation is simply sensational. The house has one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen in my entire life. The place is more beautiful than the photos taken, I have no words to describe this place. Safe, easy access to the center, it has everything you need, extremely clean house, accommodated 4 people with great tranquility and coziness. Zoe is an excellent host, very solicitous and always helping when needed. He gave me several tips and made us very comfortable in his accommodation. I had wonderful days in this incredible place, congratulations! I recommend with my eyes closed.

This is the kind of place you are looking for in Bariloche. It's a gorgeous house and very private. I am pretty sure it has the best view of Cerro Catedral, too. We just looked through our window like it was a TV for several days. It's a little ways away from the center of Bariloche, but that is what you want here! It's a good location to head off to the Circuito Chico while avoiding going through town. Rafael, Agustín, and Paula were amazing hosts who communicated quickly and thoroughly. I never felt like I didn't know what to do or how to get what I needed. I felt at ease. The house itself is amazing. It's very modern in amenities while still having a nice rustic, cabin-like feel. The furnishings are very nice and the house is beautifully decorated - it feels like a home and doesn't feel like a rental. If you are trying to choose between a few options in Bariloche, pick this one.

The house is as shown in the pictures. Very comfortable, neat and clean. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was always very kind and helpful. We spent very nice days as a family! We went with girls and babies and they offered us amenities for them (toys/ crib/ ladder protection) Thank you for everything

Nice summer accommodation. To be as a family I had some board games, books, I didn't have TV, which for us is good. Cabaña has everything you need to cook, although the implements are old is the basics in case of urgency. Something that can cause discomfort in some people, is that in the bathtub, the window is extensive right on the torso part, and it's not special bath glass, but a common glass. Anyway, the orientation faces the patio, so it only matches the neighbors in the back. In colder times it must be a little ice cream, because the isolation requires maintenance, but in summer it is very good. The daughter loved having a large yard with trees and greenery.

Alejandra is a 10-star hostess!! Super attentive to everything and very communicative. He sent messages during the stay to find out how we were doing and recommended places. The house is super cozy and with a warmth very typical of the landscape that accompanies you when you arrive. we would come back without any hesitation Thank you for hosting us!!!

The place has an amazing view. It's no doubt to recommend, it was all spotless, the access instructions were clear. I would stay in the place again, it was clean, with full utensils, towels and with comfortable facilities. The only thing to keep in mind I recommend going by car since the accommodation is in height, which gives it a beautiful view.

Beautiful view. Very nice house. We went with our 3 year old and were comfortable. Well stocked for cooking. Warm and comfortable. The experience was good.

Spacious living room, spacious bedroom, with all the basic items available!Another strong point was the host, who was super attentive, responded promptly even in the early hours of the morning, always willing to help and improve the guest's experience!
