Villa holiday rentals in Villa Carmen

We went on a family trip with different age ranges and everyone found something to enjoy. the place is like a villa neighborhood and a bit secluded so Waze is a must. It was an great find that accommodated well all 6 of us minor inconveniences but overall good place

They were very accommodating a last minute late night checkin. The first morning found some broken lounge chairs from previous guests, and they quickly ran out and bought new ones for us, and did a pool clean for good measure. It was quiet, and the pool was very nice. Great communication.

The house was immaculately clean, nicely located and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the first moment. One detail that is not shown in the photos, but that was a pleasant surprise, is that all the rooms have a TV. In addition, the location is unbeatable for those who enjoy the pool as it is only a few steps away from one of them, which was very convenient. Communication with Alessandra was excellent. Her instructions were very clear and she was always attentive to any queries, responding quickly and efficiently. One point to keep in mind for future guests is that while the location is generally good, there are no convenience stores that can be reached by walking. There are options nearby, but you need to travel by car to access them. For this reason, I recommend going well equipped with everything you need. I recommend this stay for travelers who should have a good time as a couple, with family or friends.

The property was in Excellent condition, they matched the photos, their hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the house was comfortable.

Ali's HAPPY PLACE was exactly THAT!! It was large enough for 6 and the back patio was our constant place to be when in the home. The Gate 4 Proximity is great to be able to walk to Beach/Pool for the Villa residents. The Gate 4 Pool is very nice as well and close to the home.(When walking to the Beach/Pool you need to have a dip in the Gate 4 Pool on your way to and from!! Remember it is very warm in Panama from 6am onward. 30C daily in Feb. There is a great outdoor market for fresh veg, fruit, eggs etc. and also a indoor market for many food items, a close walk from the villa. There are many restaurants nearby but a golf cart would be nice to have for getting around. The Beach/Pool area has a very nice restaurant which we frequented often. We will all miss "Luis", a very friendly, with great service the nicest smile and personality!! Each room was airconditioned, the beds were firmer than we prefered, but linens were nice. Thank you Ali and Jessica for sharing your Happy Place!!

Excellent place to spend time with the family and the children. A private and comfortable place for everyone, the house and rooms are spacious. The hostess is very good, gives clear instructions and is always available for whatever you need. We would definitely go again.

We had a great stay in this beautiful place. The house is special, surrounded by nature, very good quality building materials, and with great help from the team at check in and cleaning. There is one giant bedroom, that is connected to a bathroom and also connected to the kids room (room with two bunk beds). The other bedroom is separated from that space. Rooms are big but only three rooms for a big property, as correctly advertised. The property is great for when the weather is bad since the house has a lot of space that is covered but outdoor. The grounds are beautiful and so are the views. There are indeed a bunch of animals. Chickens (and a 4.30am rooster..), dogs and geese walk freely. Then there is a very frustrated monkey in a cage (I understand it was rescued 10 years ago - but a bit sad to see) and a group of deer also not too happy behind a fence. Hot tub did not work when we were there unfortunately, but it looks like it would be great. Overall highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. The pool, beautiful trees and well thought out outdoor seating was the perfect setting for our large family to vacation. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. House had everything we needed. Mónica was very responsive to a very small issue we had and it was quickly remedied. Absolutely recommend.

Second time staying here and I enjoy it just as much as the first. Huge space very clean easy to check in and would definitely stay again.

The house is spectacular and very comfortable and spacious to go as a group. Manuel is an excellent host. The house has everything you could need to spend a few carefree days. The pool and garden part is amazing and has amenities and games for the kids (pool games, a brinca brinca,…). The gazebo is very cozy and spacious and has a barbecue. All the rooms are large and have a bathroom which is ideal for each family to have their space - in our case we were 3 families with children and a puppy. Definitely one of the best homes I've been to.

The home is breathtaking and the host was so gracious. When we arrived, we were met by Dario who welcomed us and gave us a tour. There are four floors of amazing space and you feel like you are in a palace. We enjoyed the pool, media room, and billiard room and were surprised to see the mini-golf on the 4th floor. There are patios everywhere and the views are stunning. There are plenty of supplies for cooking and the dining room comfortably seats 8. We highly recommend this home, and we hope to return. Thank you Bradley and Dario for a fabulous experience!!

It's a very nice house, you feel like you're in a movie of yesteryear. It's all working, and the plus of having the beach 10 steps from its terrace is priceless. Mr. José super friendly and always pending that everything was clean and in order. Perfect for going in large groups, no need to get out of there!

The house was great, all the amenities you need. Rodrigo was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The community is very peacefull and we were often alone at the swimming pool. The area has many beaches, restaurants and sights to visit so it is best to have a rental car in order to enjoy it all.

Very nice house in very beautiful place. Close to the big pool, beach and private pool. Silent place fits por the people who want to rest from the city. If you stay here please feed three cats who live close)) Highly recommended to stay here!

The house is bigger than what it looks on the listing. We loved the pool surrounded by the lush forest. Great communication.

A spacious and comfortable place for large families, we were 15 people inlining children and even a room sobro. All rooms with clean sheets and towels in the bathrooms. The host was friendly and flexible at check-in and possibility of cancellation at the last minute due to the situation in the country .

The place is beautiful, comfortable, has many chairs and tables, that helps a lot when you go in large family. the kitchen super well equipped, it makes you feel literally at home, the stove super quick kitchen and the cool cool fridge!. We really loved the space, the place was everything to us and that gave us peace of mind, not having to share with people outside the family. My puppy enjoys running and walking in the villa. My grandparents charms because they had rails to climb the stairs and everything was well thought out. The place is super comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Mr. Rafael, I give us the clear directions and with the help of Mrs. Marisin (her mother) we coordinate the arrival and keys without losing us, always attentive to messages and calls. Ready to help and guide us. The schedule was flexible and we fell in love, because I allowed us to enjoy it to the fullest. Mr. Herrera, very kind. We love it super close to the beach, we know we will come back.

The villa is beautiful, we charm, it has everything you need to meet our needs, the place is very quiet and pleasant, the social areas are very complete, the pool is in front of the house, like the children's playground, every detail is unique, we are charming, Jorge is very attentive, friendly and pleasant, my family and I had a great time, soon we will return, Jorge successes.
