Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Villa Carlos Paz

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, in Uber too, walking not so much but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (it is also not much). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and is always available

Bruno and his grandmother Liliana are great hosts. We had a problem because the check-in indicated flexible after 8:00 - due to their lack of knowledge, relatively new to the platform - and from our immediate reservation they managed to adapt everything so that we could enter at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The space is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, clean, warm and with a waterfall that caresses you. Layla, a pitbull dog, is playful and friendly. The river a few meters away with its shade and place for walks is an added value. Absolutely recommended!

With my family we had a great time on our trip, we found that the accommodation is as seen in the images, everything is very clean, tidy; the house is very comfortable and beautiful; the neighborhood is very quiet and safe; María José at all times responded on all the queries we made, she gave us information to move locally, etc. Everything very well, it is in itself a place where I would go again without a doubt. The accommodation is very large and we were super comfortable, it is very well equipped, we really enjoyed the large pool and the pool table. Highly recommended.

We spent a few days in Carlos Paz and David's duplex was perfect for our stay. Very close to the lake for a walk, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable rooms. Also, it's close to many restaurants and delivery arrives without any problems. David sent us the information to get there and recommended the best route to get there. In addition to suggestions for places to visit. The truth is, we are very happy with the place. We will definitely be back.

Everything is great, but every morning at 5:30 a.m., a garbage truck comes to collect the trash, and the engine noise is quite disturbing.

Maria José was a fantastic host, extremely kind and responsive, and her place is wonderfully located, just a short walk away from the oldest district of Córdoba near the Jesuit church and the Cabildo, and close to some excellent food options including an amazing Ramen place. The apartment is spacious and well designed, with two bathrooms, so the whole thing feels quite luxurious, especially at the price - highly recommended!

The TV had no cable or other means, it could not be used, they do not provide shampoo and there is no tea or mate cocido, as in most Airbnbs.

Huge and spectacular apartment on the top floor with its own balcony terrace that takes all the lights next to the jacuzzi. Pablo is always attentive and Laura is super adorable. They greeted me with great kindness and affection towards my pet. The building also has its own garage, which is very useful, a patio and green space, a gym and a quincho, in addition to the pool upstairs. Very quiet area near hospitals, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. 10/10!

Everything was lovely, nice modern apartment and good location in Nueva Cordoba. Great internet speeds too so ideal for working. I enjoyed my stay, would stay again.

Many thanks to the host. I have never met such a host in Argentina. On the day of eviction, we have a bus only at 19:45, we have 4 suitcases and backpacks with us, so the host allowed us to stay in lived until the time we needed. On the second day, there was a storm and we had a fire in the gas boiler, the host responded to us at 10 pm on how to light it and what to do. Throughout his stay in the apartment, he kept in touch with questions. The place is super cozy and homey and tidy. We really liked it and will remember this apartment and the host with love and gratitude.

The apartment is very well located. It's exactly as it looks in the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the chair is quite good (a little hard). I would book and/or recommend it again. Clean and functional.

the apartment is a duplex with two balconies. beautiful. well located. close to the Passeio Bom Pastor and the Pátio Olmos mall. we did everything on foot. there's a bakery, market, pharmacy, restaurants, laundry, everything nearby. the apartment is full of treats.. shampoo, conditioner, detergent, liquid soap and fabric softener. towels, sheets and all first-class linens! the photos are real. I would come back a thousand times. the kindness of the hosts is a differential. you can rent without fear, it's worth every penny.

The place was 10, everything was very clean and the communication with the host was good and clear at all times. Good location and safe.
