Feel at Home in This Charming, Central Cosy Place

Sip espresso in the cozy kitchen of this renovated apartment, with balcony, set in an early 20th-century building. Original floor tiles add old-world charm to the contemporary decor personalized by yellow accents and vintage photos of city sites. Brand new, bright second floor flat. As you enter you are welcomed by a spacious and well lighten corridor with doors to the main bedroom, the spacious kitchen and the living room. This flat fit comfortably 4 people: the main bedroom has a king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds while the living room has a 4 seater sofa bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a small balcony. There is plenty of storage and cleanliness is at the top of our priorities !!! The entire flat We are helping our guests from the moment they enquire about how to get to our flat from airport or train stations, to the welcoming day, throughout their stay with tips for local restaurants or hidden gems of the city, until their checkout to make sure they can find the quickest way to their next destination. We speak fluently both English and French and having often travelled abroad ourselves, we know what it means to be a tourist and how good it feels to be welcomed and guided into a new city by the locals. We are very happy to meet people from all different countries and nationalities. Located in trendy Prati, the apartment is close to buses and metro stations for easy accessibility to city landmarks. The neighborhood is known for its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk. The closest underground station is Lepanto and it is only 5 minutes away from the flat. This takes you to where ever you need in Rome but buses are also very convenient and the closest bus stop in Via Ferrari ( 2 minutes away from our flat) gets you to the city centre in less then 15 minutes. For example: Spanish steps are 15 minutes away by bus. Colosseum is 25 minutes away by underground. Piazza Navona is 12 minutes away by bus. The Vatican museums are 20 minutes away on foot passing by Via dei Gracchi where you find the most delicious ice cream in Rome as voted by the Romans: Gelateria dei Gracchi.

A mixture of materials of woods, marbles, wall papers and traditional ceramics have been put into place harmonically reflecting both tradition and innovation with one underlying component: warmth and flow. Alessandra believes this to be the primary goal when restoring a house. Each guest will have bathrobes, hairdryer, kit of slippers and selection of soaps. The apartment obviously has wireless internet, flat screen tv, nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The terrace provides relax chairs and umbrella. Rione Monti in Rome's historic center is renowned for its elegance, cleanliness, and authenticity. Unlike many central areas, Monti is also popular with locals, making it a friendly, genuine area. The apartment is walking distance to both line A subway REPUBBLICA and line B subway Cavour. All main busses that take you literally in area of Rome leave from Via Nazionale/Termini area at 5 min walk from the apartment. You could not be more central and strategic. Late check ins after 8 pm 12 am will have an extra fee of 20 euro After 12 am check ins have a fee of 50 euro

We are superhosts from January 2015... Enjoy a glass of wine after dinner or a romantic breakfast on the small balcony under the Roman sun and enjoy the elegance of this deluxe apartment full of refined details and design ideas, such as the bright open kitchen overlooking the living area. This apartment is cozy, romantic and full of light. It is located under the dome of St Peter's, but in a very quiet and peaceful street. San Pietro station connected with the metro it's 100 meters away .
