Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Villa Allende

I thank Marite for the kindness and predisposition she had at all times. The cozy but cute house, the very good area (full center is close to everything), I have a Volkswagen bora and I enter quite justito but I enter the garage(to take reference). I also let us go a little later since we had many kilometers ahead and it gave us that possibility. Thank you very much for everything Marite without a doubt we will be back someday!

the accommodation is as described in the photos, a spacious house with a very good pool patio and quincho. There were 12 of us and we were very comfortable. Daniel is always ready to solve any problem

Everything was perfect, the house is what we expected, the host was excellent.

Bruno and his grandmother Liliana are great hosts. We had a problem because the check-in indicated flexible after 8:00 - due to their lack of knowledge, relatively new to the platform - and from our immediate reservation they managed to adapt everything so that we could enter at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The space is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, clean, warm and with a waterfall that caresses you. Layla, a pitbull dog, is playful and friendly. The river a few meters away with its shade and place for walks is an added value. Absolutely recommended!

the place is very nice, we were three families, good area, safe and with all a few blocks away, without having to take the car, just to go to the center, 5 minutes in low season. A shame not to be able to enjoy the pool because it was not heated and the room temperature (24°) did not allow it. We had an inconvenience with the key and they fixed it very quickly. Highly recommended, check-in time could be improved.

The place is very beautiful and comfortable , Silvana was very kind. She had no inconvenience in modifying the check-in and check-out time due to changes in my schedules. I recommend it for its cleanliness and location and I have no doubt that I will return.

Maria José was a fantastic host, extremely kind and responsive, and her place is wonderfully located, just a short walk away from the oldest district of Córdoba near the Jesuit church and the Cabildo, and close to some excellent food options including an amazing Ramen place. The apartment is spacious and well designed, with two bathrooms, so the whole thing feels quite luxurious, especially at the price - highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment for a very comfortable stay in Cordoba, you feel extremely safe in the building which is first class. Check-in and check-out are super efficient and agile because it is done autonomously, plus there is excellent communication with the owners at all times for any questions. The super-equipped and new kitchen, ideal for cooking comfortably. The only thing to keep in mind is that the coffee maker was not Nespresso but Dolce Gusto. The plus of having a washing machine was great for us when traveling with little luggage, plus it has a clothesline on the mini balcony of the room. The value for money was excellent, in fact the best we found and we were not disappointed at all. Highly recommended!

We really like the apartment! Very large, comfortable and with all the amenities we needed, full kitchen. The location is excellent, everything is nearby and the surroundings seem to be safe. The wifi is excellent and the pay TV is a plus! The building is old and we had the bad luck of being under construction in the days we were staying, so the noise bothered a little. We had an unforeseen event with the building's water heating and Ruben was very attentive to finding a solution so that we didn't have to bathe in cold water. Kind and respectful host, I highly recommend!

It was my second time in the unit. Truly a spectacular apartment, in an amazing place. It has excellent amenities, a very tasteful decor, ideal for rest. Of note is the design and spaciousness of the Department. Federico is an excellent host, always attentive to everything.

The apartment is very well located. It's exactly as it looks in the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the chair is quite good (a little hard). I would book and/or recommend it again. Clean and functional.

the apartment is a duplex with two balconies. beautiful. well located. close to the Passeio Bom Pastor and the Pátio Olmos mall. we did everything on foot. there's a bakery, market, pharmacy, restaurants, laundry, everything nearby. the apartment is full of treats.. shampoo, conditioner, detergent, liquid soap and fabric softener. towels, sheets and all first-class linens! the photos are real. I would come back a thousand times. the kindness of the hosts is a differential. you can rent without fear, it's worth every penny.

Great apartment in a great location. Not too busy, supermarkets nearby for home cooking, and restraints nearby for eating out. The videos of how to use the apartment are really good- makes it easy to understand how to use everything. The kitchen has everything needed to cook at home if desired! There are plenty of books to read as well which is nice.
