A comfortable house with a jacuzzi, a light, spacious kitchen, a large bed, and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, especially from the decking. Ivar who looks after the place was friendly and helpful, and arrival and communication were easy. Please note that there may be surcharges eg for extras and electricity - check house rules. Highly recommended.

Puddehytta levde opp til navnet denne helga, med fantastisk føre i og utanfor løypa. Me fekk prøve både bortover og nedoverskia 😊 Veldig flott og koseleg hytte. Flott langbord med plass til storfamilien rundt same bord. Romsleg og flott kjøkken. Ei lita loftstove med tv var pluss for ungane som kunne sitte der. Eit flott hytte med flott beliggenheit, gjer at me gjerne kjem att 😊🤩

We had a fantastic stay at Lars' house! The views from the modern jacuzzi were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with a large, well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. We especially appreciated the use of the nearby boat for a bit of adventure on the water, and the charming hiking cabin up on the mountain was a cosy retreat to warm up in if needed. Don’t miss the nearby Likholefossen waterfall—it's definitely worth a visit! Lars was a friendly and generous host who made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor, stop looking at other places and book this cabin. This was probably the best valued B&B I've ever stayed in. The cabin is wonderful and the host was great with communication but the reason you come is the hot tub with one of the most beautiful views in Norway. I honestly don't think I'll ever find a better hot tub due to that view. Per undersells this place which is great for us, hopefully it stays this way so we can continue to afford coming. My wife and I got to have really a perfect ending to our month long tour of northern Europe due to this B&B. Thanks again Per! Last note: the driveway is steep and I do suggest a 4WD vehicle to make you feel more comfortable going up and down however Per said other vehicles have done it without a problem.

We were looking for somewhere close to the ski resort, yet still far enough away for some peace and quiet. Øyvind's cabin was perfect for this! On top of the perfect location, the cabin is charming and uniquely Norwegian, and although we didn't manage to heat the jacuzzi up (due to starting too late in the evening), we couldn't recommend staying here enough!

we hebben villa tippetue vlot gevonden, heel mooi gelegen met zicht op het Sognefjord. we moesten inderdaad eerst door een stukje bos van ongeveer 70m. helaas niet veel geluk met het weer, we hebben elke dag wel een beetje zon gezien. het huisje heeft een heel mooi terras met zicht op het fjord en een gezellige woonkamer. er waren kaarten aanwezig voor wandelingen in de buurt , ook gedetailleerde geplastificeerde kaarten . helaas was het heel lokaal deel niet aanwezig, waarschijnlijk per ongeluk meegenomen door een vorige bezoeker. we hebben de noorse kaarten app gedownload Norgeskart. de wandeling stupet naveset tronvik - op de flank daar - is ook goed aangegeven . er is een laddertje en een gedeelte waar touwen de afdaling assisteren (onze hond kon vlot zijn eigen weg errond zoeken). de ondergrond was nog goed nat en soms glad (begin juni) in hoyanger ook mooi wandelen. naar flam is het een dikke 3h rijden. aan te raden!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der charmanten Blockhütte von Eldar. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Ein Muss für alle Norwegenliebhaber.

We loved staying at this charming house. The house is right on the water and placed in a small town with a little grocery store and delicious restaurant (have to try the brown cheese). We were also a drive away from many of the neighboring cities, with a lot of goat sightings on the drive in. Cannot recommend this place more!

Ein großartiger Ort mit freundlichen und großzügigen Gastgebern. Man kann sich von der ersten Sekunde an zuhause fühlen. Aussicht und Lage sensationell. Das Haus trägt die Handschrift sehr guter Leute. Danke.

We loved the opportunity to stay in an authentic Norwegian cabin that was at least 250 years old. From outside it looks like a modest cabin but opens to a spacious and warm living room and dining area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is a good shower. The two upstairs bedrooms, one opens to the kitchen, had great views of the mountains and very comfortable beds. Great venue to visit Flam, Borgund and Urnes Stave churches or to hike. The farmers market at Laerdal was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house on a small apple farm! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The view of the orchard and surrounding fjords was stunning, and the location was perfectly secluded, offering a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Vi var en familie på 6 som leide dette stedet. Det første som slo oss var beliggenheten. Fantastisk beliggenhet og magisk utsikt. Vi nøt dette stedet til det fulle. Nå var vi også veldig heldig med været. Badet fra bryggen og nøt god mat og drikke til godt utpå kvelden. Vi kunne ikke fått en bedre opplevelse 😀 Selve huset var rent og pent med alle fasilitetene vi hadde behov for. Toppkarakter fra oss😀

Splendido soggiorno in una tipica casa norvegese, costruita dall host, con una vista stupenda del fiordo. L host è stato molto disponibile e cordiale, ci ha permesso di stare nella casa più grande allo stesso prezzo perino. casa molto accogliente e la mattina L host ci ha dato del pane fatto in casa. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi e ammirare il paesaggio norvegese dopo una lunga giornata di vaiggio

Geir ist ein phantastischen Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Vielen Dank an Interhome für die Vermittlung dieser tollen Wohnung! Evy und Inge Otterskred sind total zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit gewesen und sprechen ein sehr gutes Deutsch für eine reibungslose und einfache Kommunikation. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen und haben unsere Zeit in Otterskred sehr genossen.

Ein süßes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Der Kontakt zu Air Bnb und dem Verantwortlichen vor Ort war immer einfach und schnell. Man konnte viele Orte ohne Fähren und nur selten Mautstellen besuchen.

Havde en fin overnatning med mine barn. Flot område. Utrolig fint at kunne sejle en tur på fjorden !

Evy Otterskred' sted er veldig fint. Imponerende opparbeidet og en perle i Arnafjord, inn fra Sognefjorden. Evy er en veldig hyggelig og profesjonell vertinne! Stedet anbefales den som vil ha stille og fredelige omgivelser.

Tolle Unterkunft und ein Erlebnis für sich, denn was wir nicht wussten: die Unterkunft ist lediglich per Boot erreichbar. Nachdem wir nicht schlecht geschaut haben als wir dort ankamen wurden wir aber von super freundlichen Gastgebern begrüßt (die sogar deutsch sprechen). Die Hütte direkt am Fjord ist einfach ein Traum und für jeden zu empfehlen der sich zurückziehen möchte oder gerne angelt (das haben die Nachbarn jeden Tag gemacht). Alles in allem nach der ersten Verwunderung aber ein tolles Erlebnis und würden wir gerne wieder machen :) Bevor ich es vergesse: das WLAN ist auch top, wir konnten hier einfach zu zweit im mobilen Office arbeiten.

En av de vackraste platserna i Norden jag bott på. Otrolig omgivning med utsikt över fjord och berg. Jätte rent och allt som man behövdes fanns: salt peppar tvål schampoo handdukar lakan etc Vi rodde ut med båten, badade & grillade! Fanns massa ställen att sitta på och parkering. Vi har inget att klaga på och åker gärna dit igen ! TACK
