We really enjoyed staying at Veronique's place. It was a cozy and a quaint, yet beautiful space with a nice scent/fragrance, and all of the items/amenities that we needed for our two-night stay near Omaha Beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked, with almost anything that you could need, from honey to jams and preserves. Veronique brings fresh croissants and bread to the room each day; the fridge was pre-stocked with orange juice, several varieties of milk, and yoghurt, as well as butters and ham and cheese, and eggs. We managed to not only eat a great breakfast each day but also to have lunch from the supplied bread and ham and butter. This went above and beyond our expectations - and it was a huge plus, because it is a rural area and a drive would be required to get to a bakery or to town. We also really enjoyed the bathrobes, the very comfortable bed, and the lovely linens on the bed. Everything was convenient and comfortable. The water pressure excellent and lots of hot water.

Unbelievable place! We stayed there for a quick trip to see all the d-day historical sites, which this house was right in the middle of everything! I didn't realize how beautiful the beach was going to be, and the kids loved playing in the water. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our 2 night trip.

This house is the perfect French cottage! It's clean, spacious, private, close to restaurants, the beach and Normandy monuments. This will be the only place we book when we go back to Normandy! Thank you Martine for your hospitality.
