Holiday rentals with a kayak in Vienne

Our family had a fantastic stay at Margaret’s lovely house by the river. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer home away from home in this beautiful town, would highly recommend!

We were very well received by Marisa despite our late arrival time, she is a very nice and caring person. Listing is as described and very clean. There is a beautiful exterior that we unfortunately did not really enjoy because of our short stay... Absolutely to be done again.

We had a wonderful stay with James and his wife, both very charming and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly received. The accommodation is located in a peaceful environment, where silence reigns: this is exactly what we were looking for to rest. The only thing you hear is absolute calm... A real joy! We all slept very well: me, my wife and our children. If you like the countryside, tranquility and attentive hosts, then I recommend this accommodation 100%. A big thank you again to James and his wife for their hospitality!

For this first "cousinade" the experience was fabulous. Beautiful weather, a soothing setting and environment, a house with all the necessary amenities, with a certain charm and beautiful decor. The best part, an incomparable welcome and valuable help from the owners Olivier, to find a solution to our car adventures! In short, go for it, you will not be disappointed... The happy dinners, under the stars, on the large table will remain forever engraved in our memories.

Eric is a quality host. Clear and transparent communication. The home is lovely. Bright, quiet it has lots of charm. The garden is very nice. A cocoon in this season full of flowers. Very pleasant.

We stayed as a group of 6 and had a fantastic time! Cedric was very friendly and helpful throughout, especially when welcoming us in at the start of our stay and showing us around, in very good English. There was loads of space in the charming house for us, we loved the homey feel and the gorgeous surroundings, especially the river view, which was even better from the included kayaks! We enjoyed the pool every day, and barbequeued and ate out on the lovely terrace every evening. The bikes were great for getting into Chatellerault for the extra people who couldn't fit in the car, much recommended over walking it! We really felt we benefitted from the house having been lived in before, all the little details were well thought through, particularly in the kitchen everything was very well catered for and nicely laid out.

Very nice place in the middle of nature. The cottage is comfortable with all the necessities inside and especially for children. We recommend this place 100%

The little Moulin de Claire is a true haven of peace. You will be able to find all kinds of activities that will delight your guests! This house is clearly suitable for large groups of people. Also, there are no neighbors nearby which is a big plus. On the other hand, the lake was a little in its "juice" which disappointed us a little for swimming but we quickly understood that we are also in a natural and preserved environment :) Nevertheless kayaks are available for the ride on the lake which is a very appreciable. We spent 3 days in the area, Quintin's house is very nice and atypical. The renovation is done with a lot of attention, taste and everything is done to feel good. The accommodation is spacious for a family of 4, including 2 children. Quintin is a responsive host who anticipated many of our questions and made several suggestions to make the most of our stay. We highly recommend the accommodation. Thanks again.

What an amazing place! Lots of space, lush greenery and very well-maintained park. Beautiful stone buildings, authentic, Idyllic calm, near a superb mill accompanied by animals (birds, chevres, rabbits, sheep, guinea pig...) and activities (kayaking, trampoline, pétanque, foosball, billiards, table tennis, books...) . We had a wonderful stay, in the heart of nature. The owners are very discreet and attentive to the slightest need, very kind. The accommodation is very well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. Thanks again for a fabulous family stay that we will not forget!

We had a lovely stay. Super well appointed environment ( games for children outside and large indoor games room). We were able to enjoy a canoe ride made available by hosts. The accommodation is very well-equipped.
