Enjoy a stylish, private studio in downtown Springfield located a convenient 5-minute drive from UO and Hayward Field and 10 minutes to downtown Eugene. This studio has a queen bed, fully stocked kitchenette, large refrigerator/freezer, Fire TV, and a quaint private fenced yard with lounge chairs. You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

As you wind through the driveway you will find a sanctuary for relaxation, recreation, and comfort. A trail from the back deck will lead you down to the bank of the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

This home sits on the river just steps away from the water and is centrally located near many outdoor attractions. The McKenzie River is a hot spot for fishing and rafting that our home sits right on the edge of. Adventure by day and sleep to the comfort of the river sounds by night.

Off-street parking in driveway only used by people renting this studio. 15 minute drive to the University of Oregon and downtown Eugene. One hour drive to the ocean and mountains for skiing. Many beautiful waterfalls and gorgeous hiking trails within an hours drive.
