Holiday rentals with a sauna in Vicente López

This is a great building. We had already stayed in another unit of the same building and the pool is as fantastic as it looks.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

We just wrapped up our 1 week trip to Buenos Aires and stayed at Martin and Maria’s Airbnb. We arrived earlier than expected and they had no issues with us checking in a couple of hours early which was amazing! Maria let us into the apartment and walked us through the amenities including the free laundry and sauna on the top floor. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks! We were very excited to come back to a wonderful home after a long day of walking in BA. The Airbnb is close to a lot of restaurants and central to the activities that we had planned such as the Botanical Garden and Jardin de Japones. There are many parks close by that my 2 yr old son took advantage of. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Overall we thought this stay was a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a great stay. Martu and Fran communicated often and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment is nicer than in the photos, the area is quiet and has very good access for both CABA and the province. The building has 24-hour security and the unit's garage has a very good location to get in and out. I would definitely come back!

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Nice apartment with a good location. Several places to eat and tour that allowed you to walk them.

Very comfortable apartment, very well equipped, had everything. With many details that showed concern about making the guest feel at home. Sheets and clean towels, very comfortable beds. We had an issue in the bathroom that was resolved quickly, with good readiness. The location is good, with quite a few venues and service

I really liked the apartment, comfortable and a beautiful view. The pool on the 27th floor is simply beautiful, and the hydro is a plus. Laura is a genius. I recommend it 100%

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping and public transport. Vicky was a very responsive host, there was a small issue with the TV and she personally came and solved it right away. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed in the apartment for a month and were very happy! First, beautiful apartment, comfortable, clean, everything for life is there, full kitchen, which is very convenient. Second, wonderful complex, and laundry and gym and spa area. Third, wonderful responsive host.

The stay was great and the place was just like the pictures. Super usable the apartment with the grillboard ! We just didn't have wifi throughout the stay and it couldn't be fixed because it was holiday days. Beyond these points we would go again!

Unforgettable bed and breakfast experience in a beautiful house and garden. Mercedes is a great host, always attentive and helpful. Her breakfasts are a must!
