Holiday rentals with a patio in Vert-Saint-Denis

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

Perfect location! Even the Chateau was only a few blocks away--and closer if you go through one of the garden gates. Being just one block off main street makes everything accessible and just walking down the Rue de Chateau is an historical outing. The apartment was very efficient. The garden provides a nice place to sit for lunch or an evening wine--note the old well. Parking is free, secure and immediately available. Madame FAVA and Dominque are attentive.

We had a great stay in Leah’s apartment. It was really quiet and peaceful as it’s at the back of the apartment block. Everything was super clean when we arrived, and very easy to find and access with the instructions. Perfect location as we walked there 10 minutes from the Eurostar, and it’s one minute walk to the metro to go out each day. Plenty of bakeries and food shops nearby for breakfast and supplies. Lovely restaurants a short walk away as well.

Mijn dochter en ik hebben een fijne tijd gehad in de studio. Het was zeer netjes en Anthony en Elodie reageerden altijd heel snel op mijn berichten. Prima locatie met een bushalte dichtbij om naar het station te gaan.. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in Disneyland Parijs. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens verblijven als ik naar Parijs ga.

Appartement super jolie très propre le confort est présent, moi et mes amies ne regrettons pas ce séjour, très bonne communication également avec le propriétaire, très sympathique :))

paulo est accueillant et chaleureux . nous avons très bien été reçu. studio impeccable et rempli de petite attention. tout le nécessaire est présent dans le logement . nous y reviendrons lors de nos prochain voyage sur Paris.

Cazarea este conform descrierii de pe site. M-a impresionat plăcut curățenia și cât de bine mirosea când am intrat. Saltele atât din dormitor, cât și din living foarte comode. Lenjerii și prosoape curate și apretate. Este la 5 minute de mers pe jos de statia RER de unde se ajunge la Disneyland în 5 minute și la Paris în 45 minute și la 15 minute de mers pe jos de Centrul Comercial Val d'Europe. Cu siguranță dacă mă voi întoarce în Paris voi opta tot pentru această cazare. Felicitări Alexandrine și Bruno!

Siri nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et hôte vraiment très sympa , très arrangeante. Logement au top! bien placé et quartier très calme. je recommande sans problème.

Séjour avec 3 jeunes enfants, nous avons bien profité des jeux d'intérieur et d'extérieur ainsi que de la proximité de la forêt. Cuisine très bien équipée. Chauffage mis à notre arrivée, c'était très agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Le Carpe Diem was a great place to stay for my climbing trip to Fontainebleau! The home was comfortable and cozy. It is a short walk to the center of Milly-la-Forêt, which has a nice selection of shops and patisseries. Nadège was helpful when I checked in and throughout my stay. I hope to make it back soon!

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem noch bezaubernenden Garten. Alles war sauber und die wichtigsten Sachen vor Ort. Laurent fragte, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, ob alles vorhanden sei und ob wir zufrieden sind. Zusammengefasst war es sehr schön und aufjedenfall einen Besuch wert. Vielen Dank.

Väldigt fin service! När vi ville grilla så kom Tarik med grillkol och tändredskap ❤️ Frukt, bröd, dryck och godis fanns till oss när vi kom. Kan rekommenderas.

Herzlichen Dank, liebe Amela, für deine großartige Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns in deinem Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ideal, um das Disneyland zu besuchen: In wenigen Minuten ist man dort, oder man nimmt den Bus, der direkt um die Ecke hält. Auch ins Zentrum von Paris gelangt man bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr gepflegt und komfortabel. Für uns – vier Erwachsene und ein Kind – war sie absolut ausreichend und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders der liebevoll angelegte Garten war ein Highlight und ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort zur Erholung nach aufregenden Tagen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – für Familien, Disneyland-Besucher oder Paris-Entdecker gleichermaßen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Logement agréable dans un quartier très paisible et à proximité du bus et du tram. L'accès au jardin et le parking gratuit dans la rue sont vraiment appréciables. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous recommandons.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Perfekte Lage, Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants nur eine Gehminute entfernt; trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb close to Disneyland Paris! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated as a family traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland Paris, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any families visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We went to Paris for my daughters birthday & had a pleasant stay at Joaos place. It was peaceful & beautiful. We were very comfortable & felt right at home! Thanks again!
