Studio de 15 m2 à 5 minutes à pied de la gare TGV. Face centre de formation SNCF. Vous profiterez d'une pièce de vie avec des tables gigognes pour dîner/travailler, TV, linéaire de cuisine avec plaques vitrocéramiques etc. Dans cette pièce de vie se trouve un lit armoire escamotable très facilement manipulable (140 x 200 cm). Dans la salle de bain, se trouve le nécessaire : douche, vasque, colonne et WC. Tout le linge de maison est fourni !

The Rock House

Our house is very atypical because it is semi-troglodyte. There is a very common characteristic in troglodyte houses, it is humidity... it is due to the absorption of small amounts of water continuously. So you have to dehumidify the air and heat it all year round. There is a courtyard in front and a large private park on the heights to relax with a picnic table and deck chairs. The car can be parked nearby.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace that is not overlooked and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. From 06/01 to 09/15, depending on weather conditions, you can enjoy the heated pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You're in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
