I was met at the entrance by Michelle who was absolutely lovely. She patiently showed me every nuance making sure I was comfortable including walking me to the car park. This place is located in a busy area with everything you can need - even a grocery store ( thanks, Michelle, for pointing that out). Quick walk to the train. Easy to drive in and out of the city.

This place was Spacious; very Spacious for just my husband and I. Loved It!! Walking distance for a lot of stores and restaurants. If You really want to treat yourself go to Le Reserve-it was amazing!! Get the Apple for dessert. Eating at and living near the Clock Tower and an easy walk to the Chateau d’ Amboise was perfect. Take a cold bottle of water if you’re walking to Leonardo Di Vinci’s home. It’s worth the walk, but it is a workout, especially with no Cold Water. The chime on the Clock Tower at the 1/2 hr made me smile. Reminded me I was in France every-time! I think it stopped at 6 pm daily. I would not only return I would live here!! Merci

Nous avons passé un week-end fabuleux à Tours, avec un logement incroyable, propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût ! L’emplacement est idéal, l’appartement est calme, parfaitement isolé et facile d’accès ! Tout le confort est là, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Jérôme et Bea sont hyper accueillants, on s’est senti comme à la maison ! On a déjà hâte de revenir !

La Quintessence was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Amboise. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need to use. Sophie is a great host, with a long list of great recommendations which made the weekend easy and enjoyable. I would definitely come back!

Arrivée très aisée grace à l'organisation pour la récupération des clés, l'hôte répondait très rapidement ce qui a tout grandement facilité pour l'arrivée et le départ, ainsi que les instructions pour la sortie d'appartement. Celui-ci était bien équipé, et surtout arriver dans un appartement qui soit bien mieux fourni que la plupart des autres appartements sur airbnb qui n'ont parfois même pas un sac poubelle à disposition est vraiment très agréable.

This is a unique space with incredible attention to detail. The location is ideal to discover Tours and the beautiful Loire Valley area. We hope to be back sometime next year!

Absolutely loved our stay at Greg’s place. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the location and walking distance to great restaurants and local sites. It’s so nice to have the street a walkable only street, parking was very easy at the church. Definitely recommend!

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

Karine, est une hôte pleine d’attentions. Je ne m’étais encore jamais réveillée dans une location avec des croissants chauds qui nous attendaient. On avait la flexibilité de départ, dans la mesure où il n’y avait pas d’autres clients après. On se sentait très bien sur cette terrasse bien aménagée. C’était un lieu idéal pour notre week-end en amoureux et nous en remercions chaleureusement Karine.

Sejour en famille (enfants et petits enfants) qui nous laisse un excellent souvenir. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Piscine chauffée le TOP. Gite très reposant en pleine nature et proche d'AMBOISE. Cordialement. Famille FANTOU

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Estelle. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und der Poolbereich ist wirklich genial. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und konnten von da aus schöne Touren an der Loire und dem Cher machen.

Superbe maison restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et pleine de charme. Idéale pour flâner et découvrir Amboise, Chenonceau et autres merveilles…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement proposé par Aurélie. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Ce petit séjour fait partie de nos meilleures expériences airbnb ! On ne peut trouver meilleure prestation correspondant parfaitement à la description faite sur le site. L'humilité de nos hôtes par rapport à leur "noviciat" en AirB&B et leur souhait de recueillir toute critique ou proposition d'amélioration sont très louables. Mais comme il est précisé dans nombre d'avis publiés avant le mien, Jean-Noël et Cathy sont déjà au top. Aussi, les éventuelles améliorations seront de légers détails par rapport à la situation générale. Merci encore à eux pour l'agréable séjour que nous avons passé chez eux.

Laetitia est très sympa, attentionnée et arrangeante. l'appartement était irréprochable : propre, accueillant et fonctionnel. La cuisine était très bien équipée, avec tout ce qui faut à disposition pour préparer de bons petits plats! Le petit bémol c'est que le chauffage collectif n'était pas en marche et on n'a pas eu très chaud (on a apprécié d'avoir des plaids à disposition). Nous avons passé un très bon weekend ! Et l'ensemble de mes amies et moi, recommandons vivement de prendre ce logement.

Logement correspondant parfaitement à l’annonce et aux photos. Très propre, fonctionnel, spacieux et disposant de tout le nécessaire. Quartier très calme. Literies confortables et parking à disposition. Arnaud est un hôte disponible et accueillant. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Logement très bien équipé et très propre. Fidèle à la description sur internet. Arrivée autonome appréciée. Seul point négatif : la fenêtre de chambre équipée d'un tout petit rideau qui donne dans le couloir.
