Holiday rentals with beach access in Verdun

I had a very nice stay with Mimi, who is a kind and gracious host. She communicated clearly and offered helpful tips about the neighborhood and how to get around on public transit. The room was clean, orderly and more than enough space to feel comfortable. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. The house is located in a quiet, residential area but just a short walk to restaurants, stores and groceries on Wellington and Verdun. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect in the heart of downtown Montreal. Parking offsite was nearby and a non-issue. Great responsive host!

We loved the place. I lived in Verdun for a long time and now that I no longer live there, I like to go back from time to time. The accommodation is close to Wellington Street and a metro station, parking is easy. It was really perfect. A secure code to enter the Airbnb, a code for the room, a clean and modern private bathroom. Access to the shared kitchen where there was more than necessary. Several rooms were booked during our stay, but it remained very quiet, we did not hear the other visitors. Michelle is full of little touches. We loved the place and will come back for our next stays in Verdun without hesitation.

This place was exactly like it was posted. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The host was very responsive and replied within minutes to our questions. Thank you very much for providing such an amazing place for me and my team to stay while we were in town.

Beautiful place. Despite the exterior renovations, the interior was super tidy and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom pristine and the kitchen very convenient. The river view needs to be better during the summer.

Catherine was amazing, very kind and great communication, responses very fast, made us feel like home. This rental was my first AirBNB and will surely not be the last. I think this rental specifically was all above and beyond and it made me want to return to this place. More than worth it.

Roberto and Denise are great hosts. They greeted us upon our arrival. We had pleasant chats during our stay and they were always responsive. Their place is quiet and well stocked. We came with the anticipation of well water odor based on past reviews, but we didn't smell anything. The water was very normal to us which was a nice surprise. Their place is a great deal. I recommend it!

This booking felt right at home and the host was very flexible with me because I had issues with my flight the day of check in and was very helpful with instructions on how to get into the booking. Would come back again 😄
