Clean, unusual, renovation apartment is in pastoral place . We visited some interesting places in radius 1-1,5 hour driving: Urc, Enkhuizen, Zuiderzeemuseum, Giethoorn ,Zwolle(Park English Work), Museum de Fundatie/Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. We were thrilled with the place, Lots of equipment for kitchen, hygiene and pastime! (Books, DVDS real.) Very cozy furniture and cozy atmosphere as described. If you have any questions, Raoul will respond quickly!

We had a lovely stay in Kampen with Iris and Lukas. Everything you invited was present. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the bed also slept very well. In short, we definitely recommend it for future guests! 😊

We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

We had a nice long weekend in this comfortable apartment, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. If the weather is nice, we also recommend a trip to Lelystad Nature Park.

Stay is exactly as in the pictures. Nice arrival with a story behind the building. Reception top with even a bottle of cava. Top location within walking distance of the market. Highly recommended if you want to discover the city center of Deventer

We had a lovely stay at Sonja‘s place. It was a quiet oasis in the middle of town.

A great place to enjoy a few days of tranquility, Baukje's house is very well located, the bus leaves you in front of the house and you have a supermarket very close. A very comfortable room in your garden with the sound of nature.

The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance: shops, supermarkets, cafes—yet the area is peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The space itself is beautifully set up, with great facilities and a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook. It’s also very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

Impressive building, cozy bed, lots of beautiful ancient details. The location is great, once you cross the less busy road and you are in the beautiful city center. Annelies greeted us, explained the parking lot and the house. She filled the refrigerator beforehand so that we could have breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back! We loved this place! The location was everything we could ask for. It was convenient to everything we needed. Hearing the bells of the Dom Tower and the Speelklok daily was such fun. There were a couple of maintenance issues but Ronald responded promptly and remedied the problems. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a nice women's weekend in the beautiful apartment of Conny and Gio. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired: high-quality, modern, bright, tasteful, spacious, quiet and central. The icing on the cake for us: the terrace with a wonderful view of the garden! Conny and Gio are warm hosts, flexible, helpful and communicative. We immediately felt at home! Thank you very much!

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Our son was fascinated by the chicken coop and the pot-bellied pig that came to visit us outside at breakfast. The owner is very nice and gave us tips about the accommodation and the process. Our highlight was the view from the bedroom to the field and the outdoor whirlpool. The apartment is very clean, stylish and tastefully furnished, everything was there. The location is great, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, accessible by car. We are very satisfied and gladly recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

We had an amazing stay in the apartment. Perfect location, right at the shopping center. Easy to go to places with transportation. The projector was an amazing addition to the place. We also played games on the PlayStation, we had plenty to choose from and there are also board games that will fill your evening. Overall it was an amazing experience, thank you Ed!
