My family had a lovely stay in the perfect location - right by the beach, at the quieter end of the town. Shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was clean and organized. Beach chairs and umbrella can be rented daily and there are plenty to choose from. Finding street parking can be challenging during high season but it can be found a short walk away. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning again someday 😊

We enjoyed Liburn's apartment. The apartment is new and well equipped. Perfectly working air conditioning. The sea view from the balcony is wonderful. The only inconvenience is the parking place on the street, which is hard to find and once you find it, I recommend not even think about leaving it. Better keep it and enjoy walking to the beach, shopping, restaurants and anywhere...most of walking distances are short and easy.

Easily found the place and the people behind this place are very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly like the pictures if not better. Very clean and very modern felt very boogie for the price. The view from both bedrooms was amazing. Price-wise youre getting your moneys worth no doubt about it. Overall would 100% suggest to couples and even 2 couples together, also I would and will visit again for sure no doubt.

Wir waren 3 Nächte da. Rudolf hat uns schon vorort erwartet und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr modern mit einer super Lage und einem traumhaften Ausblick!! Perfekt!!

Nikolas Airbnb bietet vom Balkon aus einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer (Mali plaza). Wir konnten ihn jederzeit gut erreichen und er hat uns sehr herzlich mit vielen Infos zur Stadt begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles notwendige für den Aufenthalt. Es gibt eine kleine Treppe die den Zugang zum Strand verkürzt.

Hands down one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at! The place was lovely and spacious - felt right at home :) Its close to many restaurants and the neighbourhood felt safe. However, there is no elevator and it is on the top floor (but we didn’t mind that so much) Hosts were responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

отличное жилье, пляж в 1.5км (мы туда ездили на машине), дом близко к дороге, но дорогу не слышно, слышно католический костёл. сразу на выезде на дорогу сворот на пляж капокабана + ещё два. С учётом того, что жили месяц, то не хватало микроволновки, маленький холодильник (прям совсем мелумй), посудомойки и стиральная. если это все добавить, то было бы идеально. Этажом ниже жила мама Владимира, добрая женщина. к ней относили стирать вещи (без дополнительной платы). рядом с домом можно поставить авто, оно в самое жаркое время в тени и в машине было не жарко. стоит учесть, что в цену не включена регистрация в полиции, это примерно евро в сутки на взрослого человека, вам принесут квитанцию и саму регистрацию. но об этом предупредили ещё до букинга.

Everything was like on photos. It's realy close to sea, shops and restaurants. In high seson there can be a problem with parking place, becouse you have to park on the street. Luan is very helpful host, we have a some problem with checking in but he helps us and everything ends good.

Excellent communication, Xhoni is really friendly! The apartment was located in a perfect spot right by the beach (a minute walk if that). Clean, modern and very well thought out with tons and tons of little conveniences to make you feel completely at ease. As an aside, our little boy more than enjoyed the PS4 during the nights. Definitely recommended for any future bookings! Thanks for making our stay brilliant!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb in Ulcinj! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attending to our needs and making sure our experience was pleasant. But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Florinda. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wir sind mit Kindern gereist und dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Es gab einen hochstuhl und Spielzeug. Auch andere tolle Details waren vorhanden. Wie zB. Waschpulver. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Außerdem war Florinda sehr nett und hilfreich, als es zB. Um die Parkplatzsuche ging.

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Chez Adela Estadía magnífica!!! Un alojamiento que llenó todas nuestras expectativas y más. Adecuado, aseado, seguro, y sobre todo con mucha calma… La piscina y su vista al valle de Kallmet, sus atardeceres coloridos, y un entorno IMPRESIONANTE. La gente del pueblo súper simpática, las playas de la reserva natural Kune-Vain-Tale a veinte minutos, muy cerca de Lezhe, y a cincuenta minutos de Velipoje… Adela es una súper anfitriona nos ayudó con todo, direcciones, contactos y consejos prácticos. Siempre atenta y reactiva.

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

We had apartment on ground floor, above the restaurant. We have got a wonderful view over the quay. The apartment has spacious living rook combined with the kitchen. Living room has ~100" TV set We stayed with a kid of 8 and two cats. Everything went well, have no complaints. All our requests were fulfilled. Three bedrooms two of which are equipped with a dedicated bathroom. There's one common bathroom in the apartment. Kitchen is connected with a terrace which has sunbeds and a table. Terrace is large enough to do yoga and walk. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate small tower with huge windows through which you can observe the changing views of the sea. Pretty cosy! Apartment if full of different items. Decoration seems interesting and unusual. Hosts are living in the same building, but we had a separate entrance. There's a cosy beach down the hill with a small restaurant. Place it super quite. No crowds of people. The beach felt private. It's pebble beach.

Die Zufahrt ist spektakulär und nur für geübte Fahrer. Es macht zunächst mal einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Bei näherem Hinschauen erkennt man viele billige Materialien. Die Türen und Wände sind foliert und diese löst sich z. B. am unteren Türrahmen des Badezimmers ab. Auch die Passgenauigkeit von Schranktüren etc. lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist karg ausgestattet. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck und weder Toaster noch Kaffeemaschine. Die Lautstärke aus den benachbarten Apartments ist unaufdringlich, aber wenn nebenan gekocht wird, überträgt sich der Geruch auf das eigene Apartment. Toller Ausblick und Baden im klaren Wasser des Adriatischen Meeres sind neben der Sauberkeit ein großer Vorteil der Anlage. Gefreut haben wir uns jeden Morgen auf das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Brot, Käse und Aufschnitt ist sehr gering, aber jeden Tag wurden wir mit vielerlei Kreationen von Gebratenem, Gebackenem und Salaten neu überrascht. Großes Lob an das Personal: sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Die Wohnung von Martin ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass es ein Ort ist, der ihm und seiner Familie wichtig ist - und genau so lässt es sich hier leben. Wir konnten als vierköpfige Familie gut und bequem dort schlafen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und hochwertig. Noch nie hatte ich Silit-Pfannen in einer Ferienwohnung. Martin ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter und engagierter Gastgeber, der sich um alles bestens gekümmert hat und die ganze Kommunikation war vorbildlich. Besonders zu betonen ist auch die sehr große Sauberkeit, etwas das mir sehr wichtig ist und woran es andernorts mangelt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch, im Ort selbst muss man als Fußgänger und im Auto mit dem Verkehr gut aufpassen. Die Velika Plaža ist ein toller Strand (auch für Kinder), das Restaurant Il Galeone in der Nähe sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung!
