Apartment holiday rentals in Velence

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is a quiet street, but within 10 minutes walking distance to all of the main attractions. The apartment has so much space with wonderful natural lighting. The beds are comfortable and the showers worked well with plenty of hot water. Everything is as pictured. The AC worked well and having a washer combined with a dryer was extremely helpful for a long trip. The elevator did not work initially for several days but the apartment is on the second floor so it was not too burdensome when it did not work. The host Tibor is very responsive. You cannot beat the location and comfort of this apartment.

Es war wunderschön in dieser Unterkunft!! May ist super freundlich hat und Tipps gegeben und war immer zur jederzeit hilfreich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Bis auf die Ecken der hohen Wände. Das ist jetzt wirklich meckern am hohen Niveau aber wir haben alle eine Spinnenphobie. Es waren 1-2 Spinnen an der Decke. Rest der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das auch wirklich das einzige was ich negativ nennen kann. Rest war auf sehr schön und wir Mädels hatten einen schönen Wochenendtripp in Budapest. Wir kommen auf jeden wieder. Dankenochmal!

Fantastic stay at Ercan’s place. He met us on arrival ( even though we were delayed) & not only gave us a run down of his great flat but also many suggestions on where to go and what to do and eat! The flat is is a suburb location near the opera house with many great cafes bars and restaurants on the doorstop. The flat is perfect with everything included for a perfect stay( even luggage scales) We would recommend Ercans place to anyone to have a fantastic stay in Budapest! Thanks so much Ercan!

Russel & Andi’s apartment is beautiful; very clean, stylish, and in a great location. The hot tub was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a day out in Budapest. They were brilliant hosts, really friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Balcony has a beautiful view of the Hungarian Parliament, which is an architectural delight. It’s hard to get such a view and the major draw for me. Great to have Air Con. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Worth a visit

If you have the ability to cover the cost of this place, don’t hesitate! It is one of our most favorite places and locations we have ever stayed. There is a Lidl grocery, cafes and restaurants within the block. The area is quiet at night and enjoyable to walk around once the crowds have departed. If stairs are an issue then this may not be the best location for you. You could eat out but the views from this rental beat just about anywhere. We would 100% stay again should we return to Budapest.

The apartment was fresh, modern and very clean. It was exactly as described and Attila was a friendly and flexible host. The area has plenty of character with lovely cafés, bars, brunch restaurants and yet, luckily, it is not a party district. I had a comfortable sleep and lovely coffee with view of clean blue skies in the morning.

The check in was so smooth, we felt right at home as soon as we stepped in the apartment. Dear Tamar what’s so helpful and kind and friendly, he instantly was a great help whenever we need it. The location is amazing, we were very close to everywhere… especially the good restaurant and cafés. Next time , we will try to book the same place again. Thank you for everything .

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Parkmöglichkeit vor der Haustür. Die Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage ist ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und unkomplizierte und rasche Abwicklung. Komme gern wieder.

Honestly, this was one of my favorite Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. I didn't want to leave. The location is perfect - in a quiet area, one block from the river (!!), very well connected by walking or public transit. The space itself is fantastic. Beautifully decorated, very cosy, I felt right at home. I even stayed in one night instead of sight-seeing because I felt so happy in the apartment! And finally, Beáta was a wonderful host. Responsive, friendly, and she recommended great local cafés and restaurants. If I come back to Budapest, I'll be coming straight here. Thanks for everything!

The apartment was great, we were in 4 people. Beautiful terrace with a view and jacuzzi, very communicative host. Everything was ok.

lovely family home, they have everything you could possibly think of, lots of character, lots of kids toys and a really good pram, we went with minimal luggage so this was super useful for us.

A szállás egyszerűen fantasztikus volt! Minden tiszta és jól felszerelt volt. Az elhelyezkedés ideális – csendes, mégis közel van minden fontos látnivalóhoz. A házigazda rendkívül barátságos, segítőkész és mindig elérhető volt, ha kérdésünk volt. A jakuzzi különleges élményt nyújtott, tökéletes volt a pihenéshez. Teljesen otthon éreztük magunkat, és bátran ajánljuk ezt a szállást. Szívesen visszatérünk!

We absolutely loved our stay! The flat was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The balcony was a real highlight – we spent so much time there enjoying the peace, the fresh air, and the lovely sound of singing birds. Everything was just perfect for us. The host was fantastic – communication was clear and friendly throughout, which made everything super smooth. Would definitely stay again!
