Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

An old farmhouse from the early 20th century - thanks to a solar system (hot water) /photovoltaics (electricity) and its own groundwater, the house functions self-sufficiently and sustainably. A few years ago, my wife and I decided to renovate our house and make part of the space available for vacation guests. We look forward to interacting with the new guests, offering them a great time and simply a pleasant stay in our cozy home.

It was a super nice weekend for my boyfriend and me, the perfect weekend trip to just escape everyday life and relax. It was really a very modern furnished and cozy tiny house as seen in the pictures in real even so much more beautiful. We will definitely come back - I can only recommend it. Many thanks to the friendly hosts and also to the nice staff who made our departure unforgettable with the great Meet&Greet with the alpacas.

Cozy little apartment that has everything you need. Modern and functional furnishings, ideal for 1 person. Very idyllic and quietly located on the edge of the forest, but the town center with shops etc. can still be reached quickly and easily on foot or by bike. I would love to come back and can only recommend it!

I felt a little like in my own lock as I was alone in the house and had the choice of the bed and space in the large accommodation. It has everything you need and I'm a friend of old furniture , only my decorator heart could have started right away. Silk flowers should have gone out and had a 😉 little fun ! The place was optimal for me as I was close to a seminar and for my purposes it was perfect and definitely recommended . I didn't hear much from the surroundings, but it seemed quiet and yet central to me, as far as I could see on my way!

Tiny house /well wagon overlooking nature

I was there with my eight-year-old son for the weekend to test a tiny house and relax a bit. It is on the edge of the settlement, directly on the meadow, in sight of the beautiful river. We were able to watch some animals It was very quiet and surrounded by nature, really very relaxing. The house itself is very tastefully decorated, but still has a camper feeling with all the comforts. We particularly liked the playful design with the practical details and the many small windows. So you had a different beautiful view of meadows, trees and river everywhere. There are two larger beds in the house, we had only used one and it was very comfortable. Everything is well equipped, nothing was missing. It is also practical that there is a bakery just around the corner. In 20 minutes by car, there is the Frankenhof, a small zoo with an adventure playground. A little further on is the Kettlerhof with great climbing opportunities.
