Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Az Őrség kapujában, a Borostyán tó partján várjuk a pihenésre, csodás természeti környezetben strandolásra, vízisportokra, túrázásra, kerékpározásra, horgászatra vágyókat. A gondozott, árnyékos strand, büfék, sétány mellett külön bekerített kutyabarát strand is található. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

"Max" in the wellness oasis with sauna/hot tub

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

Cottage at the Guard with Sauna

Our guesthouse is located in Satta, a tiny guardian village. The cottage has a sauna, garden with a fire pit and just below the house is the village orchard. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove top, small fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. You will find all the necessary tools for cooking and eating. The following fee is payable on site: The occupancy tax in the village is 400 HUF/person/ night over the age of 18. The fee for using the sauna is HUF 10000 per heating.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
