Unique and charming beach cottage on the waterfront overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Føsskov and Lillebælt. Undeveloped location on the south-facing hillside with large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of recreational fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional layout. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cabin is small, there is a nice space for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

The apartment has super delicious kitchen, living room and dining room in one. The kitchen has ALL the necessary equipment. Shower with soda and two person massage spa. Two bedrooms, private courtyard facing southwest. Half is a large covered terrace. The location is in the centre of the city with a 5-minute walk to the beach, harbour environment, pedestrian streets, dining and shopping. The TV is with DR app and Cromecast. Holiday apartment totally new renovated with new kitchen/living room in one, the kitchen is with induction hob, hot air oven and fridge/freezer. Large tiles on the floor with underfloor heating. At the end of the room there is an exit to a nice large loft with up to 4 sleeping places. New bathroom with shower and toilet. New bedroom with double bed that can be divided into 2 single beds if desired. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and barbecue.
